I booked double semidouble room which saw in the picture as twin bed new room. At the hotel they give me single bed old room and it 's too small for me and husband. No service and ask us to contact agency by ourself. Finally I have to pay 17.000yen/night at hotel to get what I've see in the picture. Surprise his sentence on deny was fluently!

Great location near Tawaramachi station. There is nearby convenient store. For those who into collecting stamps, the hotel have their own stamp! Free coffee 24/7. Friendly and helpful staffs. Good experience so far. The room quite small but the bed is comfortable.

The best location but the room has so many dust and cannot open air conditioner due to autumn, according to hotel staff only heater available we have to sleep with open window 😞, plus point for the hotel staff they are so friendly and super helpful.
