停车有车库，地理位置方便，就是加床的床垫太软，睡着不舒服

Very convenient location if you would like to have spa. spacious, well equipped and tidy room. Staffs are nice.

It was a pleasant stay in a good location. Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast was good too. We were given a good recommendation for a restaurant, help with parking too.

This hotel is located 2 min walking distance from the Caracalla term. It is also few minutes walk from the center of Baden-Baden and the bus stops. There is a covered garage at the property. It is the second time we stay in this hotel and we love it.

Es ist ein gutgelegenes Hotel, zimmer ok aber die meisten ohne Klima. Keine Parkplätze, Wasserhahn war defekt. Personal gut und freundlich.

Perfect location with everything within walking distance. Comfortable beds, spacious room and nice balcony, but tiny bathroom and no air conditioning. Very nice breakfast.

The hotel is located in a lovely location, near all restaurants. Good breakfast and room conditions.

This is a wonderful old style hotel, the parking was very convenient and everything was within walking distance. Lovely street view from the balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was fine, but it fully scammed us 200 euros for one load of laundry. At the desk they told us it would be around 40 Euros for our one load of laundry, and then when it was returned they forced us to pay 200 euros for it. Insane.

Zimmer sehr sauber, Bad allerdings sehr klein, wenn auch zweckmäßig. Lage top. Tiefgarage nebenan, allerdings 20€ ganztags. Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre nicht schlecht gewesen. Direkt am Anfang der Fußgängerzone. Faberge-Museum direkt gegenüber, Kino auch. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

The receptionist was very nice ,she get me checking in my room early before 2 o'clock.

Perfect location on the edge of the pedestrian zone, quiet and clean, friendly staff. No garage. Breakfast good but not great.
