Enklare hotell men med fin service, bra frukost och bra läge. Vårt rum var väldigt litet men utsikten var fantastisk oc bekväma sängar.

Tout était parfait et le personnel était très sympathique. Nous avons aimé le stationnement inclus. Par contre, dommage que les heures de piscine sont restreintes. Elle ferme à 18h donc difficile d’en profiter après une journée d’excursion.

Het is een heel mooi hotel. Kleinschalig en heel stijlvol. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je kan echt rusten en genieten. Het ontbijt is heel vers en uitgebreid. Je kan dagelijks badlakens vragen van het hotel. Deze mag je gebruiken voor het zwembad en het strand. Dat vind ik super handig. Ik vind het een aanrader wanneer je in de buurt van de stad Palma wil verblijven. Je kan met de huurauto (je kan gratis parkeren op de parking van het hotel) naar de stad maar je kan ook gemakkelijk de bus nemen. Er zijn 2 mooie stranden in de buurt op wandelafstand. Het zwembad en terras zijn heel esthetic. De kamers zijn licht en comfortabel met een eigen balkon. We zouden hier zeker terugkomen.

Frukosten, Maten och servicen var jättebra! Men vi hade myror i hela hotellrummet. Vi fick myror i sängen, duschen, blandkläderna i garderoben. Så fort man duscha så blev det översvämning i hela badrummet + att det rann ut mot sängen. Blev fruktansvärt halt då allt var målat med vitblankfärg, väggar, tak, golv allt. Var för litet underlakan till sängen så fort man satte sig så lossnade det och man vakna utan underlakan.

Bra hotell med bra frukost, dock är det slitna ytor och rum. Badrummet i rummet var så litet att man inte kunde sitta rakt på toaletten, man fick sitta snett med benen. Balkongdörren gick inte att stänga helt.

The hotel itself was beautiful, with fresh, clean rooms and an amazing breakfast that exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and the service was of a high standard. Unfortunately, our stay was negatively affected by the pool area being completely taken over by a big family with 10 + kids. It was often very noisy with screaming, running kids, and toys being thrown around, which made it hard to relax. They had absolutely no respect for the rest of us who were there. They completely took over the whole pool area — kids and adults alike — as if no one else existed. And the staff just stood by and watched, even though it was clear they were just as disturbed by it as we were.” It felt like adult guests without children didn’t really have a place by the pool, which was a shame since it could have been a lovely part of the holiday. Overall, it’s a great hotel with a lot to offer, but we would mainly recommend it for families with children rather than couples or adults looking for peace and quiet. I won’t be coming back until it’s adults only.

Sehr nettes Personal. Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel in ruhiger Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Toller Pool und nur 5min zu Fuss zum kleinen Meeresstrand. Wir kommen wieder!

I enjoyed my short stay at Hotel Zhero. Thank you to the kind staff who helped me get a taxi to the airport when it was a challenge. The staff friendliness was a highlight of my stay. I would return again next time I’m in Palma. There are a few restaurants nearby and access to a public beach and public transportation.

Spectacular experience, highly recommended.

We booked this as a last minute resort due to other accommodation being cancelled, the staff were amazing and so welcoming throughout our entire stay. The hotel is very boutique vibes, beautiful comfy beds and a lovely view. The location is 15-30 min out of town and there is not too many restaurants around the area. Otherwise 10/10 stay, pool was amazing!

Hotel in posizione strategica se si noleggia un'auto. Pulizia efficace. Cuscino scomodo. Colazione di qualita' ma sul dolce non c'e' scelta, inoltre ci hanno addebitato 33,80 piuttosto che 26 euro come segnalato da expedia.
