Really lovely suite with well equipped kitchen, comfy super king bed and excellent shower. Didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. Good to have parking - cool lift down to the underground garage

This is a 4 star hotel for the price of a three star. The facility is clean and in great shape. Great staff. Superb location. Awesome.

The welcome from staff maybe wasn't as warm as we had experienced on the rest of our Spain road trip, but the room was excellent, within easy walking system of the sights and the shopping streets. The only other item which requires mentioning is that two websites (including the hotel's own) mentions that there is a bar onsite. I could see a bar (photo attached), but when I asked, staff said 'we don't have a bar'. I commented that for a hotel that appears to be owned by a winery and has images and bottles of wine all over the hotel, it seems crazy that you can't sample it. I may have purchased some bottles to take home if I liked it, but unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity. Despite this own goal, we enjoyed our stay.

Did not need the kitchen. The garage is terrible. It took three attempts to enter before the steel doors close. Ending up damaging my Maserati. On departure l asked a member of staff to help me. After a 7 point turn she opened doors for me to exit, I did the exit doors remained closed and the rear ones closed behind me expecting the exit ones to open. They did not. After pressing the alarm many times they finally opened.

O quarto foi surpreendente. Enorme, banheiro e chuveiro muito bons. Cama confortável.

Room was clean but the twin beds for a couple was very annoying.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, good location. Also the bed and the shower were good. The wifi was a bit annoying because you need to put the password in every day. The bar area looks a bit un-inviting. Also, when we wanted to try the Nexus wine, the bar area was soo cold that my wife didn't want stay. If the airconditioning wasn't set so cold then maybe some people would actually use the bar area.

Beautiful, clean and spacious suites with generous kitchen and dining space. Located close to the cathedral. Comfortable beds and friendly staff, highly recommended.
