房间宽敞干净。接待人员很友好。

พนักงานมีความเป็นกันเอง ห้องพักสะอาด สะดวก กว้างขวาง วิวสวยทั้งสองฝั่ง มีอ่างอาบน้ำทุกห้อง เหมาะแก่การไปพักผ่อน staycation หรือ มาผ่อนคลาย มีสระว่ายน้ำ ห้องฟิตเนส แต่ไม่ได้ใช้เพราะเตียงดูดมากๆ ค่ะ กลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน สบายใจกลับบ้านทุกครั้ง

So so I think, the hospitality not good enough, fnb team can not speak english, breakfast 6/10, but the room is quite large with city view. For 5 star hotel I think their services can more than this hopefully more better.

The room very clean, the food also good. The staff can speak english so its help us so much when we need something. I will be back here again for staying in Bangkok.

The room is very comfortable. The price is reasonable.

Everything is perfect. I love it. I got an upgrade room. Room is new and nice so comfortable. I feel displeased only water too slow and a bit not warm.
