Helpful staff,

We booked this hotel for 5 nights during christmas period. Breakfast was amazing, service from staff was great, the hotel has a lot of options to keep kids busy if you have any children, spa was one of the best facilities on site. Our one bed apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean washroom. Only problem was that the walls were thin and we could hear quite a bit of noise from other rooms which kept us awake till late most nights.

Good hotel to stay in Bansko. The room is big, spacious, bright. Swimming pool it's good, everywhere is clean 👍 Breakfast is very good ! We will be back 🙂

The only complaint was that the internet was close to non-existent no matter what area of the property we tried. That was part of the reason we did not stay another night. The spa area was nice with very few guests around. Not walking distance to the city center, but taxes are readily available.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Our 2- bedroom apartment was clean and spacious, the kitchen had sufficient amount of utensils and plates. We brought our own coffee machine, if we had not, there would not be a way for us to make our own coffee (we prefer it first thing in the morning, before dressing to go for breakfast to the restaurant). We appreciated that there was a kitchen towel and a feet towel (something that is missing in many other Bulgarian rental units), as well as bath robes and slippers for everyone. The beds were a bit hard for us but there was a variety of pillows which was good. Excellent wifi signal and a wide variety of TV programs. All in all, great apartment. We had breakfast included, some of the other guests of the hotel had also dinner included. We preferred to not include the dinner but ended up eating in the restaurant's hotel all 3 evenings and it seemed to us that we would have had a greater variety of food to choose from if we had the dinner included. At least we could see that there was a big variety of deserts in the all-you-can-eat dinner option compared to our 3 possible desserts to order. The service at the restaurant could have been better. In 2 of our 3 meals my meal arrived with a great delay -after the rest of the family had finished theirs.

It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides that it was great!

The hotel is very clean and quiet . Location is okay and staff is very helpful and friendly! The one bedroom apartment is super spacious and in a nice layout. It’s perfect for a family stay with kids . Few things that can be improved are that the ventilation and air flow in the lobby, rooms and common areas very low and definitely needs more air . Also breakfast should be more diverse and not same options every day. But overall the hotel is Very Good . Will probably come back next time we visit Bansko.

Nice hotel with swimming pool, close to ski lift area

Everything was excellent and very clean.

The hotel was value for money. We stayed in Bansko for a whole week for our ski holidays. However, at the beginning of our holiday we stayed in a different hotel. We stayed at Grand Royale only for 4 days at the end of the trip. The breakfast was really nice and full of different things to suit all tastes. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful at all times. Although the gondola is not very far from the hotel, the hotel has a free shuttle bus to take guests to the gondola. The hotel is not only beautiful but it has all kind of things like playground areas and spa.

Eşim ile kış tatili yapmak için haftasonumuzu bu otelde geçirmek istedik. Odanın kullanım alanının büyüklüğü rahatlığı konforu bizi çok memnun etti. Eşimin doğum gününü kutlamak için süprizime destek veren otel personelinden ayrıca çok memnun kaldım. Kutlama sonrası bize armağan edilen ev yapımı şarap ise muhteşemdi. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Herkese de tavsiyemdir.

Stayed before so know the property quite well. I like location 15min walk to town centre. Sauna, steamroom & Swimming pool are excellent. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly & provide excellent service. Shuttle bus to & from Gondola, clean, reliable & punctual. Asked for extra blanket for my room one evening & received within 10mins.

The hotel offers you all the facilities in good price.However, the breakfast and cleanliness are areas that need improvement.

Spacious apartment and lovely hotel. Easily walkable to main street and gondola. We were there for New Year’s Eve and the staff organised a great evening with entertainment and fireworks - excellent night. Staff worked really hard- thank you!

An amazing hotel with a magical spa retreat. Loved the room and the views. Best massages i’ve had for a long time! Room services food was okay but the staff are so friendly which made up for it! Free shuttles to the gondola also helped getting out early and saved us the walk. Definitely would stay again if i get back to bansko!

La relación calidad-precio inmejorable. La cocina del apartamento no la utilizamos porque reservamos media-pensión. El desayuno y la cena estaba bastante bien y con variedad. La sauna, baño de vapor y piscina completamente gratuito. También había gimnasio aunque no lo usamos. Nos gustó también que aunque está cerca del centro, está algo apartado por lo que es muy tranquilo. El personal tanto del comedor como en la recepción encantadores.

Good location. Great breakfast. Fantastic pool and spa . Basic rooms but clean . Poor self catering facilities
