停车场离房间有点距离，行李多的时候不太方便。房间很干净，设施都很新，厨房设备齐全，做饭方便，适合家庭出行。

Ottima posizione per visitare Colmar, posizione tranquilla e silenziosa se non si vuole soggiornare in centro città. Ottimi i servizi come piscina, parcheggio con diversi stalli per ricaricare l'auto elettrica, ristoranti e zona colazione. Migliorabile l'aspetto della pulizia della stanza

Très bon accueil, très bon emplacement, logement parfait pour une nuit. Seul bémol : la température de la piscine... un peu fraîche !!!

Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few issues worth mentioning for future guests. The television in the room was not working. Someone came to check it, but it was not fixed. The spa water was also cold, which was disappointing. The doors close very hard — I accidentally hurt and bruised my finger because of this. I informed reception, but nothing further happened. In addition, about an hour after breakfast, both my wife and I experienced very strong stomach problems and diarrhea, which was quite unpleasant. Just sharing this for information, as we paid the full price and expected everything to be working properly.

This Residence gives me mixed feelings. On the positive side: Well located, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice swimming pool, large parking area, well furbished in terms of beds, wardrobe, cupboards, kitchenware. On the bad side: Restaurant food isn't great (although staff is also quite friendly), shower head half broken leaking water, doors in the room are quite thin (you can hear everything going on the toilet) On the ugly side: No housekeeping for stays shorter than 1 week, and hot water runs out after 3 people shower. Overall, the experience was fine, but its more a 3 star stay rather than 4 star. Would probably not stay again.
