Room clean and customer service very nice

This hotel is comfortable for its price. Hotel's location is quite strategic. Next to train station, good choice for transit or if you want to take the train.

I have stayed at this hotel every time I visit Guangzhou, China. The front desk staff, Lily, was very friendly and always helped me during my stay. Would stay at this hotel again in the future. Definitely will always come back and stay in this Hotel. Been staying here for almost 7 years everytime I visit Guangzhou.

Located next to the Guangzhou railway station and bus station. Will make it easier to access anywhere. The hotel is one big building with a mini market and restaurant. There are not many food vendors in the area around the hotel, if you are looking for food, you have to walk 2 km or take a taxi. The rooms is clean, they dont have savety room and location issue. Because it is located next to a police post. The car parking not large area, because this hotel is in an office and restaurant complex. Wifi can only be accessed using local Chinese number Sim card. Television channels are only local. The hot water works, but the water flow so small. I recommend a room with a window on the road. No staff can speak english, they tend to be ignorant.-Terletak di samping stasiun mrt guangzhou railway station dan terminal. Akan memudahkan akses kemana saja. Hotel menjadi satu bangunan besar dengan mini market, restaurant, spa dan perkantoran. Penjual makanan tidak banyak di area sekitar hotel, jika anda mencari makanan, anda harus berjalan 1-2 km atau sewa sepeda pancal. Depan (sebrang jalan) terdapat Masjid dan taman bermain. Kamar cukup bersih, keamanan tidak ada masalah karena terletak di samping pos polisi. Parkir mobil tidak terlalu besar, karena hotel ini berada dalam komplek perkantoran dan restaurant. Wifi hanya bisa diakses menggunakan nomer lokal china. Saluran telivisj hanya lokal. Airpanas berfungsi, hanya debit air nya kecil. Bagi orang Indonesia, mungkin agak kesulitan mencari lokasi ini, karena jalan-jalan di sini tidak bisa menyebrang jalan se enaknya, harus memutar mencari terowongan untuk menyebrang. Jadi agak jauh kalo jalan dari MRT, naik taxi bisa muter-muter gak karuan, sebaiknya jalan atau pake ojek sepeda elektrik

Walaupun kamar tampak kecil, namun nyaman untuk tidur, hot water nya mantap, hanya wilayah area hotel sekitar tidak mudah men cari makanan, jika pun ada kurang recommend selain harga mahal, rasa juga kurang cocok. Jika tidak ada keperluan di area sekitarnya saya kurang recommended untuk menginap di wilayah ini.

ที่พักดี พนักงานดีมากเช็คเอ้าท์ แล้วฝากของในที่ปลอดภัย ที่พัก ย่านชุมชน และสถานีรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินเดินทางสะดวก มีร้านอาหารมุสลิมใกล้ๆ

พึ่งไปพักมาโรงแรมนี้บรรยากาศไม่ดีและพนักงานผู้หญิงแก่พูดจาไม่ดีนิสัยพนักงานคนนี้แย่จริงๆไม่สุภาพ เสียงรถดังเพราะอยู่ติดสถานีรถไฟและรถบัส ไม่แนะนำไปพัก

Hotel yang cukup strategis, dekat dengan MRT dan pusat perbelanjaan, khususnya tas.

Hotel was nice and still same likes 3 years ago I was here. Very near from train station and near of the leather market and watch market

员工很友好，会说英语，还提前安排了入住。地理位置优越，就在火车站旁边，酒店大楼旁边就有7-11便利店和肯德基。大堂简洁，房间却非常漂亮。酒店很棒，下次还会入住。

地理位置绝佳。从广州火车站步行3分钟即可到达酒店。房间非常干净。家具现代而新颖。前台人员会说英语。

Hotelnya dekat dengan station GuangZhou, MRT, terminal bus dan rumah makan pun banyak disekitarnya, Pai Ma Mall +- 300 meter di seberang hotel, semuanya oke lah.

Kamarnya tiap hari dibersihkan, minumamnya boleh minta labih jadi tidak perlu beli lagi. Nyaman, next akan menginap disini lagi.

The room is clean and big and it was so convenient. I like to stay in Baiyun.
