Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. I will surely book again on this hotel when I go back Shenzhen 😊

Room is good. The receptionist are very helpful. You are able to get the hotel shuttle bus to pick you up from the airport which I was not informed and was not explain in the page as well

Not bad hotel. Its classic Chinese style hotel, nice service, clean, warm welcoming from hotel owner. Free bus to airport every 30 mins!

Pelayanan ramah, kamar luas dekat dengan MRT dekat juga dengan tempat makan dan supermarket. Ada penggantaran ke bandara, sarapan cukup enak. Hanya kalau bisa lebih ditingkatkan rasa masakan dan menunya. Overall cukup memuaskan

sangat recommended , saya check in jam 03.00 dini hari dan diberi waktu check out sampai jam 5 sore. petugas hotel yang ramah walaupun tidak bisa bahasa inggris
