When I had plan to phuket, and haven't decision yet which hotel I should go, your staff Sarintan Saragih gave me reference about your hotel Novotel Vintage Phuket, actually I am picky when I choose hotel because I really need hotel which has good service and delicious food. but she can to ensured me that your hotel is worth to stay. When first time I came, I am satisfied with the service, that's why I booked Deluxe Room with pool access (private jacussi), because my kids love swimming so much. Fried rice and pad thai also delicious. As my experienced, Sarintan working as housekeeping so nice, because she also helps us to arrangement sofa and so on. She is hard worker and always smile. She has a lot of knowledge about Thai and gave us information since in Hotel. I really appreciate her for giving us recommendation, next vacation We have plan to stay in this hotel again with our big family from Indonesia. Of course, our favorite room is deluxe with pool access. Thanks to Sarintan Saragih and other staff hotel Novotel Phuket Vintage Park Resort who are welcomed us as family.

Cleanliness 7/10 I found sand and dirt on my bed but the hotel and service are pretty nice.
