beautiful hotel

This is a beautiful and thoughtfully designed hotel. The communal areas and our room were well appointed with great design touches and amenities. Breakfast was served promptly and there was a wide selection of options. We interacted with one staff member repeatedly and she was friendly, warm and helpful throughout our stay. It was a delight to stay here.

Nous avions une chambre qui ne nous convenait pas du tout et l hôtel a pu nous la changer dès le lendemain. Nous avons apprécié. Petit dejeuner trop cher mais bon.

Lovely, quiet quiet room with modern bath facilities. Conveniently located to Grote Market and Cathedral and to the tram from the train station. Lovely secret in-house bar!

We had a great time. Appreciated Laura who checked us in and made sure all was smooth. Sylvain who served us for breakfast was very accommodating and helpful. Beautiful place and excellent location. Would stay her again.

Loved the hotel, the staff was fabulous and the location was perfect. Only problem was that heat and towel heater wasn’t working. Offered for us to change rooms but we were leaving the next morning.
