Incredible location directly in the historic centre of what is an amazing City Fantastic historic building with views onto the Cathedral Staff were attentive and helpful.

This room was a great value. There was a mistake with my room access code but it was corrected promptly via the entrance intercom (they do not have staff in a lobby here). Rooms were very clean. Loved the sound of the church bells chiming in the hour.

The room is clean & comfortable. We did not know that it does not have an elevator. Its difficult especially for older people.

location is incredible, the air conditioner worked good and was quiet. No front desk, but not a problem. room was on 3rd floor, no elevator, but wasnt a problem. The shower was a little moldy between tiles.

Well located and very comfortable.

Absolute perfect location, lovely room, good value. Perched on the most picturesque street, heart the action but away from the busy noise immediately surrounding the cathedral. The double glazed window meant the room was very quiet and peaceful. I would choose to stay here again. Loved it !

Everything was excellent!

I loved that I was right by the Cathedral and could hear the bells ring! Great shopping, and food. Loved the Italian Restaurant right by the hostel, delicious!!

I enjoyed my stay despite arriving very late and wet from the rain outside. The TV was not working an my room wason the top floor without a lift but it didn't matter much. It was a gret experience and had a wonderful brunch in tge restaurant next door in the morning.

Me gusto muchisimo la decoración, las sabanas, la cama, el cafe, todo. Si vuelvo a Santiago, repito lugar sin duda.

Posada tranquila y muy bien ubicada. A pesar de no tener recepción, la atención fue magnífica. Ellos tratan de solucionar cualquier detalle con solo llamarlos por teléfono (marcando 0). Recomendaremos esta propiedad.

Acceso es por códigos en la puerta de entrada al edificio y a la habitación. Informacion recibida a tiempo via WhatsApp y no se necesitó informacion adicional ni contactar a la administración. Ubicado en la zona antigua, habitacion muy bonita y bien mantenida.

Great central location in the old town near the cathedral. Clean, and a nice helpful cleaner as well, we stayed in unit 31, so third floor and whilst no elevator, we were fine with that. The one drawback was the noise, not from within but street noise of people heading past in the early hours, and the quarter hour church bells from the cathedral, slept through some but an annoyance at other times when trying to sleep. Friends stayed at the same time in unit 11, and said they didn’t hear the bells, so the sound must carry across the rooftops.

Everything about it was perfect. It was in a great location just steps from the cathedral. There were lots of excellent restaurants nearby and everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, easy access, and there was a balcony overlooking the street.
