Clean and tidy room with beautiful view of flight landing at Heathrow

Good, will come again next time

1. Distant from the tube, but accessible to buses 2. WiFi is an open network, a security issue 3. A smell of some spices, which I like but some do not

Really comfortable stay and great service, with a special mention for Monica on reception.

Hotel was nice. Staff was friendly. Room was clean enough. The area was not a place where you would feel safe going out at night

Reception staff very friendly. We went down for an evening meal but no staff were there so we went across the road and got something. Breakfast was not very good it was cold. Tea and coffee were in pump flasks and tasted horrible. 1 positive the room was nice a little tired looking but comfortable

110V outlet in bathroom doesn't work. USB charger doesn't work either. The carpet and furniture are dated. 15-walk to the closest tube station. Onsite dinning selection is ok.

The room wasn’t to standard, was woken by a fire alarm At 2am there was no communication from staff, chaotic scenes from customers worried. Stairwell carpets are dangerously coming causing health and safety issues trip hazards. After the ordeal from the fire alarm couldn’t sleep. Bed was to squeaky and was not a pleasant stay. Please advise

The bed sheet has blood stain on it. The bed was uncomfortable A complaint was made to the reception who came and looked at the bed and just put a another sheet on it..not able to move to another room

Checked in at midnight, staff were friendly. I upon getting to my room, all I could hear was a loud party taking place in a neighbouring room, lots of shouting. I called down and asked to change floors. Within minutes he brought my new room key to my room & spoke to the offending room. Room was good for the price, no smart features on TV and pretty basic but perfect for an overnight stop. The bathroom even had heated flooring. It was a hot day, and when entering the room, the AC had been on so it was lovely & cool. Only marks being deducted are because the toilet seats were up for some reason & there was a hair on the bathroom floor near the toilet.

The cleanliness was not up to standard, and there was no breakfast included despite it being part of the booking. This is not how well-established hotels usually operate.”
