I never stay in a big hotel that only 1 staff can speak little english Room for us is very dirty, have spider web We finally need to move to another room type Hotel room is very old Staff explain all wrong details as bad English so that we miss breakfast on next day Hotel is big i ideally think that golf car is for guest convenience, however, still need to pay I never stay at Japanese hotel parking need to pay, they need to pay also Pay is not a problem but bad services Do think they cannot have 4 to 5 star rating as their service really cannot get to those standard, if just can accept golf Japanese guest, need to promote, do not think can make tourist happy at this hotel stay

The comprehensive and self-contained resort is definitely a nice place to spend holiday with family.

員工有善，早餐不錯，可惜地理環境較偏遠，附近沒有便利店。渡假村裝潢傳統，略為陳舊。

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful for all of our requests. Beautiful beaches and spectacular landscape. We love to ride the rental buggy cart around the resort even though the rental fee is higher than renting a car in Okinawa.just be prepared to pay extra money for renting buggy, dinning at restaurant...because it’s all pricy. The hotel room is big and cozy and overall it worths the money we paid!

很大的度假村，適合一家大小的度假地方。

酒店佔地非常廣，這個度假村很棒，酒店的工作人員服務態度很好，房間舒適浪漫，坐在陽台的椅子上欣賞超棒的夕陽與晚霞，內心充滿幸福感。有免費的巴士載我們逛度假村。餐廳的消費不便宜。我們在[龍宮]吃早餐，感覺普通而已，不太精緻。

飯店很大很舒適,就是比較偏遠,適合悠閒的旅遊~

是蜜月房,提早己多次MAIL酒店沒回應,去到說換房不但不可說要付多倍的$,不會有任何升级和布置,不會有下次,

風景好 房間大而美 但海灘圍起來了小小的 餐廳不便宜 地點算偏僻 若要去名護吃飯開車大約20幾分鐘

Silent environment, large hotel area, room is clean, friendly staffs, the 3D projection show during dinner time was fun! Guest can rent a golf cart for transportation within hotel which is a nice and relaxing experience. Area to be improved: power socket is not enough, communication problem in English some time, wifi is free but room wifi didn't work, only can use public wifi.

這一次永遠難忘的旅程，我計劃每年都會到這間酒店回憶難忘的每一個晩上。 每間餐廳水準十分高。 每位員工盡心盡力熱情款待。

入住時房間裡的浴室有頭髮，地板角落也有些沙子和落葉。 餐廳和商店都像一般郊區的風格，沒有太多度假感。 店員態度有些冷淡，不像度假飯店那樣熱情。

因為女兒一起去旅行,他們訂的是suite,所以我們得到了免費升等的房型～很開心 這度假村很大且座落在山坡上,自己的車子必須停在入口處的停車場,但是我們年紀大走不動時,請飯店幫忙,都可以得到很滿意的服務～ 很可惜的是飯店的沙灘,只可以在圍起來的範圍內游泳,其他綿延的沙灘是禁止游泳的,甚至最後一天,我們走在沙灘上散步踏水,也被制止～非常失望, 我們來渡假就是希望可以享受整天在沙灘上的時光,有天然美景卻被人為規定給破壞～ 而且沙灘上的陽傘和椅子竟寫著“有料”,真無言～ 度假村內有許多餐廳和bar,但是有的沒有營業,傍晚晚餐前想去bar喝杯飲料,卻要七點才有營業～

It is a good resort. Golf course is nice. People are good and helpful. However, staff cannot speak English. I found difficult to communicate.

泊まったお部屋は流石に少し古くなってましたが、清潔で新しいお部屋もあるので今回は予約が遅れ、次回に期待します。
