I love the design of this hotel it is very unique. One of the best hotel I stayed in Tunisia, the restaurant also very beautiful and the food is delicious though a bit of pricy but worth it for the service and food quality. Staff is friendly and the hotel is very greenish and spacious.

I didn't find good food specialy in seafood only the rice we find on the top little bitt prawns Same salade no olive oil no olive no grillade fish About the doors in corridor allways is open its was very cold even in the arrea of reception is very cold i find this holel may good during the summer not good in the winters

Excellent hôtel

The property is beautiful and many areas for entertainment as well as peaceful. Breakfast is free but limited variety compared to other beach hotels. Bed was wonderful, cleaning was perfect. Costs for drinks, including water, was the highest I ever paid in any hotel. No shuttle, all walking distances if you want outside of the hotel gates. Otherwise staff was excellent.

Excellent état général, belle décoration, espaces verts très agréables , très belle piscine appréciée par les enfants, plage avec des transats,demi pension très correcte avec beaucoup de choix. Points faibles : il est difficile de commander du thé quand on le souhaite ( c’est un comble en Tunisie) et surtout ne demander pas un thé sans sucre ( on l’attend encore) , beaucoup de mouches dans les restaurants extérieurs , pour la demi-pension chercher une tablé pendant 5 minutes n’est pas agréable . C’est dommage car le cadre est exceptionnel.

On a pour habitude d'aller séjourner à cette hôtel chaque année depuis 5 ans . Mais cette fois ci on a été très dessus par la propreté de la chambre et le comportement des serveurs que sa soit au restaurant ou au bar à l'extérieur... ( piscine) Personne viens nous voir pour prendre une commande ! On ai obligé à chaque fois de ce déplacer pour passer une commande. De plus partout où on passe une commande on nous dit q chaque fois ( on a pas de monnaie à la caisse pour le rendu monnaie) on ai obligé d'attendre plus de 20 minute pour qu'on nous rende la monnaie. Je comprends pas qu'on ne mette pas de fonds de caisse à chaque caisse ! Coté piscine c'est très salle . De plus le pisciniste nous a prix notre transats pour le donner à quelqu'un d'autre alors que notre serviette été dessus ! Le parking était plein pas possible de stationner dedans. Obligé de garer notre véhicule en dehors de l'hôtel . À notre arrivée, pas de climatisation 30 mn d'attente pour l'enregistrement sous une chaleur de plomb ! Bref , on est déçu !

Professional and courteous staff. The beach is one of the best in Tunisia. Very clean and well-maintained facilities. Plenty of food choices at the buffet as well as an upscale a la carte restaurant, a beach restaurant and a pool restaurant. Plenty of activities for kids as well as for adults.
