飯店很新, 很乾淨, 停車場很寬敞, 飯店服務品人員很親切, 給了很多旅遊建議, 連每天的天氣預測都幫房客印好了~ 餐廳的食物, 早午晚餐都很美味, 價錢非常實在! 除了無線網路非常不穩定之外, 其他都非常好! 值得推薦~

El Spa estube cerrado durante toda la estancia por un problema tecnico. Esto afecto notablemente la experiencia, habiendo sido el spa un elemento principal al momento de eligir este hotel. La tranquilidad, que tendria que ser una caracteristica de este establecimento, se vio afectada notablemente por la presencia de un grupo familiar muy grande y muy ruidoso que practicamente monopolizo la sala desayuno y que dejaba los niños jugar, critar y correr en los passillos sin parar. En un hotel de esta categoria hubiera esperado que el personal actuara sin la necesidad de ser llamado para que lo hiciera. En el desayuno nos avisaron que añadir queso a la omelette tenia que ser pagado a parte (en un 5*…?) Factores positivos - wine tasting: muy buena y bien explicada - masaje: excellente

Hieno huone, erinomainen aamupala, hieno paikka, sijainti hieman etäällä mutta autolla kätevä. Hotellin ravintola on hyvä.

Unser Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt. Das Hotel präsentiert sich als Spa-Hotel, jedoch war der Spa-Bereich an beiden Tagen unseres Aufenthalts aufgrund technischer Störungen nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Besonders bedenklich war der Zustand im Badezimmer: In der Dusche ragten Kabel aus der Decke, was wir als potenziell gefährlich empfunden haben. Auch beim Frühstück kam es zu einer unangenehmen Situation. Nach etwa 20 Minuten wurden wir gebeten, den Raum zu verlassen, damit andere Gäste Platz finden können – ein Vorgehen, das wir in dieser Form als nicht angemessen empfunden haben. Die genannten Punkte wurden dem Management vor Ort mitgeteilt. Leider erfolgte weder eine erkennbare Reaktion noch eine Entschuldigung. Zusätzlich war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer 201 so laut, dass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Insgesamt entspricht dieses Erlebnis aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Standard, den man von einem Haus dieser Kategorie erwarten darf.

Beautiful location

The property is great. Located near Mt Etna and wine country. The rooms are very nice and the restaurant is exceptional including all of the restaurant staff. If I had one observation to improve it would be the attentiveness of the front desk staff. They are not always available and do not always respond ti email.

Första parkett till Ettna. Fantastiskt mysigt ställe med bra viner, bra mat och otroligt vacker miljö. Stort plus till den trevliga personalen.

Location is amazing and the staff is friendly and professional. We had a great time.

Ubicación y hotel buenos y personal amable. Estuvimos en la suite con jardín y nos gustó mucho pero tuvimos problemas con la wifi, TV y agua que salía de la ducha. Vistas impresionantes al Etna y clima más agradable que en la costarricense

An incredible stay at Villa Neri for my wife and I. The room was large (Deluxe) and had one of the best bathrooms I had ever seen. The food at the Hotel is easily the best I have had at a hotel and deserving of a Michelin star. We were also very big fans of the hotel cats and their kittens and enjoyed seeing them treated well by staff. Only small points of feedback - the hotel sometimes felt understaffed, particularly at the pool bar during the day. The only other thing was the dated entertainment system in the room which you might expect to be a bit more modern for a hotel of this calibre. Otherwise a brilliant hotel all around.

Our stay at the Villa Neri was wonderful. The area is quiet and peaceful. The staff were all courteous and amazing. The hotel itself is a little bit secluded so driving is recommended if you want to get around and explore yourself. There are many things available to do at the resort: spa facilities, pool, tours of the winery, etc. The food was amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a relaxing atmosphere for their trip.

Loved the property but didn’t find the front desk to be very helpful. Almost like any question asked was an inconvenience.

Lovely stay and great food.

The property had beautiful grounds and a nice outside pool. We had dinner at their restaurant and he chefs menu was outstanding!! It is located in a vineyard so not in town but the area was lovely. Enjoyed our brief stay at Villa Neri

It’s been a very long time since I’ve stayed at a hotel with such attentive staff. Amazing place and amazing staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. One issue was there is no gym or free airport transfer like it says on hotels.com.
