The staff were lovely and the room was very clean. However, the wifi didn’t work well at all, we couldn’t stream any videos and also the AC unit leaked water all night, the bed was broken, the bathroom shelf broke during our stay and the toilet had water keep running after flushing. The room was very old, I would recommend the hotel if the room was fixed, renovated and the wifi was as better, but because it was so old and run down, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Ok hotel and friendly hotel staff . Pity the restaurant is separate so you have to pay separately each time you have anything . Internet worse than poor so as long as you don’t need wi fi it’s ok . Small Pool ok especially for young kids . Nice beaches 5 mins drive . Bus to Chania is 20 mins and regular . Personally I’d stay somewhere closer to town . And with good internet .

We found the staff very friendly and the apartments very comfortable and excellent value. The position of the hotel by a small harbour was very pretty and it was very easy to go either into the town or explore the countryside. Our favourite part of the hotel was the pool which was very attractive indeed and easy to access from the apartments. There were shady and sunny areas by the pool.

A very pleasant, conveniently located hotel with a beautiful swimming pool. All members of the hotel staff were very professional and helpful.

One of the best stays with spa and sea view.

A day after making a reservation for 2 nights, I asked the hotel reception to extend my stay 1 night more. They say OK. After checking in the told me that i have to move from the first room i got to another one. This was not mentioned when they confirmed the extension.

Lovely hotel and staff. Good bus options to get around if you don’t have a car. Really enjoyed our stay there.

location only. ugly room on first floor and for people with disssabilities. not what they advertise for sure.stuffy room.noisys as the room gaces an alleway full of people walking around.....not good at all

Kan stærkt anbefale dette hyggelige hotel. Vi havde den smukkeste udsigt over havet og havnen. 100 meter til det dejligste morgenbad i smukke omgivelser. Havde en superior lejlighed, som fremstår næsten bedre end billederne, behagelige farver og gode senge samt puder. Deres service er i top, smilende, imødekommende og meget servicemindet personale. Dejlig mad og hyggelig stemning i både poolbar og restaurant. De er meget obs. på oprydning, således området fremstår pænt og indbydende. Området virker ikke helt så fyldt med turister, hvilket vi nød. Alt i alt rigtig god atmosfære - vi kommer bestemt igen 👍

Friendly staff clean

Very friendly staff, clean facilities, not too far away from the old town (by car or bus) and main touristic attractions. Would book again!

Beautiful stay for the price. Stayed only one night. But I wished I had stayed longer.

This place is just perfect, You can just relax around the pool and no one bothers you. Rooms very clean and spacious, bed massive and really comfortable, great views and nice sea breeze. Goner is this one

For the price, this hotel was fantastic! It was clean and cozy. However CAUTION: I got violently ill eating at the restaurant onsite, eat there at your own risk! I ordered "salmon" I got some white fish they called white salmon (the menu should have said white salmon if it wasn't the traditional salmon that EVERYONE eats). It was absolutely disgusting! I ate about 3 bites of the fish, ate the salad and the potatoes. I was up all night in the bathroom times 2. Then I had to drive 2 hours back to the airport the next day while trying to keep my stomach under control. It was a rough! Don't eat the food.

The rooms were amazing and beautiful. The sea view from the balcony was fantastic too. The staff were really helpful and always prompt to respond to any questions including travel options.

Everything was perfect! The room, the pool, the services in general.

Absolutely wonderful. Cannot day one bad thing about the place. The staff and workers have been exceptional.
