Family of 4, room was tiny know where to put suitcases to open up. No room to pass end the beds. Bathroom only provided with two large towels. We didn’t go to breakfast as just wanted to get out of the hotel.

On a whole the hotel was decent. The rooms & bathrooms were nice. I was not impressed by the standard of the cleaners. There was dust in the rooms that had been there for days & they used dirty mops. I had numerous amounts of others people's hair left in my shower tray and bathroom floor. In addition, they never made up the beds. Also, the food was not the greatest. Food was under cooked on certain dishes & some food items were not fresh. The glasses, cutlery & plate cleaning could do with improving as there were a few occasions were food was still left on them after being cleaned.

Nice view and nice resort.. only thing it's very noisy area

Was a really nice trip not far from a smaller beach in a cove and then a few minutes further a bigger beach in the central of Salou. Staff were lovely and really helpful too!

We travel quite a lot around the world. We found the the Best San Diego hotel to be one of the best All Inclusive hotels at a very reasonable price. The food was 5 star and the accommodation was excellent in every way. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Great service and clean. Food needs to be hot not warm. Employees at this resort is excellent. I will go back next year.

Great hotel close to shops and restaurants

Great hotel, very clean and a decent location for exploring the key areas of Salou. My partner is vegetarian and found the food to be very repetitive for her each day. It also wasn't well labeled to say if vegetarian or not but didn't seem to be worth the risk as even traditional vegetarian meals seemed to have meat mixed in. Staff were OK. Answered questions if asked etc but I wouldn't say they were over polite or very forthcoming to help. Overall a very nice hotel and would recommend it to others.

Lovely hotel & ideal location. Very close to multiple beaches and lots of places to walk to. Staff friendly, food good (I’m a fussy eater and found something every meal time), maids cleaned daily, entertainment okay the Monday and Tuesday but the quiz & live band were very good Wednesday and Thursday! One thing we realised was we didn’t have to get up early as people don’t go down to the sun beds til about 10 am, there’s always sun beds too! And people stay by the pool til about half 6,7! The first night we got ready early to realise entertainment didn’t start until 10 so just a heads up! Great hotel, would return :)

The service was very good. Staff worked hard to make sure you were getting everything you need. The kitchen workers and David at bar service worked very hard and was very friendly. Everyone worked hard at the hotel. The food was good but the meat they served was always tough hard to eat. The rooms need new furniture. I would go back and stay again.

Lovely hotel very friendly staff, nice and clean, the food was very good and the pool area was lovely, my only criticism is that the bathroom towels were grey and and need replacing asap. Otherwise it was fabulous

Excellent hotel very clean food was very good. Close to shopping and beach.

In general this is not a bad hotel, but rooms are not cleaned properly, towels are grey and old. Food was not great, mostly very salty and not tasty.

Excellent hotel, service was fantastic, food was amazing. All round excellent family hotel.

Hotel is in walking distance from the beach. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and renovated. The food choices with all incisive was pretty decent too. There are a lot or restaurants and shops nearby. BusPlana place is around the corner (we went to Barcelona with them during our stay) or bus station (you can go to Tarragona on your own, it’s only 15-20 minutes away. Highly recommend to visit the old town there). The only complaint is the noise from the music/entertainment outside till midnight or later (doesn’t matter if you are on pool side or not because you will hear music from other hotels).

Had a fab family holiday.... hotel location and staff were great. Would definitely return
