It was a nice trip, but would have liked to have seen more English speaking front desk people.

Me parece sobrevalorado, la habitación vieja, el baño con olor permanente a pintura, personal amable excepto por la noche que pedí toallas adicionales y solo mandaron una previo interrogarme para que las quería… Buena ubicación pero sobrevalorado…

Overall it was ok. The rooms do not have AC and the room was very warm. The provided me with 2 fans but it was still uncomfortably warm

Loved the location. The room was small but had enough. No street view but nice. It doesn’t have AC.

El personal es muy amable y aunque las habitaciones son pequeñas y no hay aire acondicionado. Te facilitan ventilador y todo lo que necesites. Los taxistas del hotel son una maravilla.

The person at check-in was rude. I had booked for two nights (prepared) and after ONE night I was told by the person at the front desk that my room had been already assigned to another customer (even though I had one more night remaining in my reservation). After going back and forth and finally by showing him the receipt of my TWO NIGHT stay, he finally said it was ok for me to remain in my room for the extra night.

Buen hotel

I had a really great stay at Hotel B3. I really enjoyed the breakfast, it was well balanced and they had a variety to choose from. The two gentlemen at the first desk were pleasant: Jhon and Owen (I might be mistaken on the second name), but regardless, I was thankful for their service. Henry was also quite delightful. The room was amazing and stayed cool throughout the night. It was in a quiet area and it wasn’t difficult finding transportation. I’d recommend this hotel.

Great staff and convenient location paired with a quite nice suite

Estuvimos dos noches con dos niños de 4 y 6 años. Tuvimos una habitación familiar enorme! El desayuno es excelente, mucha variedad y todo riquísimo! El personal también excelente. Una mañana no había fresas en el buffet y el encargado de la cafetería escuchó a mi hijo decir que es lo que quería y sin pedirlas, le trajo unas para él, todo un detalle. Está en una zona segura, justo al lado hay un parque muy grande con al menos dos parques infantiles. También hay muchos sitios para comer cerca. Los domingos las calles están cerradas al tráfico, muy tranquilo con niños.

The room was good, and the staff treated me really well. The breakfast is good but it would be better if it had more national food.
