The room was poor quality and the staff were disinterested and unwilling to engage or help

Lovely resort, friendly staff, nice pool- it was raining while we were there so we didn't use our but liked great. The restaurants were good and the breakfast was very good. fabulous yoga classes- I did two every day and enjoyed it. They also have HIIT, Hydrox etc. The one drawback was the bathroom - the showers are weird with no door/curtain. There is also no fan to dry the bathroom...so it gets incredibly wet after every shower

Clean and very comfortable accomodation. Staff attentive and happy to accomodate where possible. Spa was excellent and enjoyed the hammam. Would live to visit again when possible.

We been here already 5 times since January 24 and I thought it will be the last time but no way! So peaceful place and lovely staff.

Lots of building work going on, so just one restaurant open and the Spa was in a Villa. Very dissapoining.

Nous avons apprécié les différentes (salle de sport bien équipée avec belle vue, salle de yoga avec vue sur couché de soleil, partie plage avec le bar, location de surf près de la plage, table de pingpong, petanque). Le petit déjeuner est tres moyen, et ils etaient en travaux de rénovation donc on espère que ca va s'améliorer prochainement

Excellent séjour, le personnel hyper agréable: nous n’avons pas bougé du resort, bcp d’offre yoga massage surf piscine plage. Le cadre est merveilleux.

Relaxing hotel

I would return to this place. Very generous size accommodation, I liked that there were yoga sessions (locally payable) and gym classes (free) The food was good, healthy options

the yoga teacher and surf team were increadible.

Excellent second stay at the resort which is perfectly placed for surfing all the great spots between Agadir and Imsouane. Very good spa, excellent food, room service. Incredibly comfortable

Parfait

Für uns eine gemischte Erfahrung. Das Hotel ist ansprechend gestaltet und sehr sauber, inkl. der täglichen Zimmerreinigung. Außerdem ist es schön direkt am Strand mit Sonnenliegen gelegen und der Pool ist für Kinder toll. Wir hatten auch ein gutes Abendessen in der "Le Lounge". Aber leider ist ansonsten der Service nicht gut, gerade in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet man da mehr. Alles ist sehr hektisch, man muss alles erfragen oder erbeten, so gut wie nichts passiert pro aktiv. Beim vorbeigehen wird nicht gegrüßt/zurück gegrüßt oder nur Mal selten gelächelt. Es gibt sicherlich auch Ausnahmen beim Personal, aber das Gesamtbild ist einfach kein gutes. Das Frühstück wird nur sporadisch nachgefüllt wenn etwas alle ist (früh aufstehen zahlt sich somit aus) und der Kaffee/Espresso schmeckt leider überhaupt nicht. Das Eis am Strand war ständig alle, sowie andere Speisen auch. Im Zimmer eine Küche hinterm Bett ist nicht wirklich gemütlich, zumal alle Schränke auch fast leer sind. Das Bett stand bei uns somit direkt im Raum und die Rückwand war wacklig, sodass man sich nicht anlehnen konnte. Massagen waren okay, aber hatten wir auch schon bessere in Marokko. Da es in anderen Bewertungen bemängelt wurde: Es gab ein paar Katzen, aber das hat überhaupt nicht gestört. Hunde haben wir so gut wie keine gesehen. Generell hatten wir ein paar schöne Tage am Meer nach unserer langen Reise durch Marokko. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal aber ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Fantastisk plats / strand och mysigt hotell med riktigt bra service både i surfskolan och yoga klasserna. Bra mat på hotellet och möjlighet att gå ut och äta nyttigas fisk strax utanför. En av de bästa 1v semestrarna vi haft

Perfekt location just by the beach. Very large rooms with a luxery view

The hotel has all the facilities you would imagine. The rooms are so spacious, brilliant view of the beach and sea. Vast selection of food. Staff so friendly and helpful.

A wonderful first visit to Morocco. Super chilled hotel with lovely helpful staff. This is a a little jewel in the area. One to visit and one we will come back to again. The room we were in was big and spacious with a lovely sea view. The room decor and furniture felt a little tired and does need some attention (hence the mark down on rating in this area) but everything was kept super clean. The yoga class was fantastic! Carson is an asset to the place and even if you’ve never done yoga before the yoga studio and experience is one you should embrace on your visit here.
