Arrived at Hotel the front entrance was barricaded with large stickers from the government saying Hotel closed down , we knocked on the door the people inside saw us and they wouldn’t open the door to let us in someone came outside from another entrance and took us through the back entrance of the hotel . No lights were turned on in the hotel. The restaurant was closed down The bar was closed down We were told we have to order room service and eat in our rooms.. the reason I booked the hotel because it had a nice restaurant overlooking the town Square but it was closed down permanently. Jacuzzi was closed for maintenance. If everything was closed down in the Hotel the restaurant the bar the Jacuzzi no lights front entrance barricaded with confronting stickers from the government.why are they even allowing people to book the hotel?? I want a refund

Un excelente servicio, desayunos variados, la atencion tanto en barra como en restaurante y sin excluir el personal de servicio y recepción un exelente trato y amabilidad.

Very nice location and hotel , the staff was great so courteous and kind! All the front desk personnel were wonderful and all other at the restaurant too. The rooms are nice but they have portable a/c only that was the only thing for which I don’t give them 5 stars. Still they helped with the equipment and our stay was great :) special mentions to Luis and Stephanie at the front desk , they gave us exceptional service . The breakfast Buffett was delicious , overall it was very good

Me hospedé en este hotel y tuve una experiencia muy agradable. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de la recepcionista Yanella, quien fue muy amable, atenta y servicial en todo momento. Su trato cálido hizo que mi estadía fuera aún mejor. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

The hotel was great. Staff was super attentive and they even gave us umbrellas for the rain. Breakfast buffet was good as well.

Da es eine Folgebuch war kann ich mich nur meinen Ausführungen von meiner letzten Bewertung anschließen. Allerdings möchte ich einmal den Reinigungsdienst besonders loben, Frau Jaqueline macht Ihre Arbeit mit Freude und besonderer Freundlichkeit. An ihr können sich andere ein Beispiel nehmen. Maritta von der Rezeption macht Ihre Arbeit auch sehr gut und freundlich. Ärgerlich beim reichhaltigen Frühstück ist, dass man den Cappuccino extra mit 10 Soles bezahlen muss- ein Nogo für ein 4 Sternehotel!

Leider waren Renovierungsarbeiten nicht zu überhören, aber ansonsten alles okay
