It is ridiculously that Nesuto Hotel debited by credit card account for the hotel charges again although I have paid the full hotel charges to Hotel.com when I confirmed the booking. The case has not been settled though Nesuto Hotel promised through Hotel.com that they will credit my credit card account in 7~11 days.

Staff is good and helpful. Just only one point to make me very unhappy. I visit Ｈotels.com to look for the room photo and see the room have balcony (it's my main reason why I reservation for this hotel). After check the room is no balcony at room. I'm discuss with front desk and they inform me not every room have balcony and today no any balcony room is available. If you need balcony room, you can pay AUD100 upgrade it. It's looks hotels.com cheat me. If not every room have balcony need remind for customer.

Hotel close to the elderly care center, good for us to visit my mother-in-law. The cooking machine in the room seems not strong enough, it took a long time to prepared our dinner.

因到達酒店時間已是晚上十點有多,酒店員工已下班,雖然有些狼狽,但都可聯絡到員工,若在酒店網上,說明辦理入住時間則更好.

The stay was fantastic, value for money. Few things could be added such as more cleaner bathrooms especially the Bathtub, and more better mattress, it is too soft, there is no bedside electric point for mobile charging

Staff were nice. However the room looked clean but it was very dusty . If you are sensitive and have dust allergies like me, I do not recommend this place. We complained and they said they would send a maid but they never did. The tv remote didn’t work but they gave us new batteries instantly. We wanted to open the window because of the dust but it was jammed. They called a repairman immediately and it was fixed . Each level has one washing machine but you can only use the washing machine on the level you are on…so we had to wait a bit to use it. It’s not a 4 star hotel but an okay place if you are on a budget.

Clean & Quiet at a ver affordable price!

The room was convenient, clean and comfortable & quiet which was all good - just no internet/wifi for the whole period of stay 2 nights. I mentioned it to the clerk & also added that I wasn't overly worried about it & the response was that it was probably the internet signal isn't very strong - which the tv kept repeating and not connecting. All good bar the internet/no tv etc

Great location and service

As always, a pleasure to stay. Check-in message is smooth, car park is great and room is clean and tidy.

Mix of permanent residents and travellers in house which I hadn’t experienced before. Very informal check-in. No card details taken and a quick look at my licence on arrival for id. Car park had a few cars that have been there for years based on the layers of dust. The place is large enough to make 2 seperate residences for permanent guests and travellers.

Great undercover parking.

Clean room, undercover parking, handy to shops and eateries and also railway station. Full sized fridge. Room getting a bit tired and only just enough room for two suitcases.
