Staff tidak ramaj. Jorok dan kotor.

The bedsheets had mark/stains. The room boy refused to change and said it is normal, due to the mark was just from the detergent. The lobby was messy.The dining area was also messy and dirty. Should be rated 1 or 0 star motel

It's very awful. Kami menginap selama dua malam dan tidak dapat sarapan. Mereka tidak mau mempersiapkan sarapan lebih awal dan pada hari terakhir mereka berjanji utk menyiapkan sarapan jam 07.00 pagi dan menyiapkan taksi tetapi pada saat kami turun tidak ada seorang pun di resepsionis. Kami memanggil tetapi tidak ada seorang pun yang menyahut. Akhirnya kami check out hanya dengan pesan di kertas karena kalau menunggu bisa terlambat ke bandara. Kemudian kamar tidak sesuai dengan janji, tempat tidur tidak enak karena masuk ke dalam, kepala shower utk flush toilet keras sehingga tangan sakit, tidak ada sikat gigi dan odol, handuk bau asap rokok, kamar sempit. Lokasi di komplek perumahan dan jauh dari pantai. Sangat tidak sesuai untuk hotel yang mengaku bintang tiga.

ini perjalanan dalam rangka Happy Anniversary istri saya dan kami merasa senang di hotel ini karena sarapan paginya walaupun sederhana tapi enak, lokasi tidak jauh dari pantai public yang indah dan tempat makan sangat dekat berada di sekeliling hotel.

Akomodasi sesuai dengan budget, dekat dengan pantai dan sesuai dengan fasilitas yang tertulis.

We difficult to find the hotel since we took bus from airport. We drop on the main bus at midnight. We call the hotel several time but still cannot find location. No initiate from the staff to find us. Then we were asking help the people around and at least we arrive at the hotel. Then it was not ready teeth brush for us. We felt uncomfortable staying one night there.

ปรกติไม่เคยติที่ไหนเลย แต่ที่นี่ขอพูดหน่อยเหอะ ก่อนจองแอบเห็นจากรีวิวซักที่นึงว่า มีบริการรถรับส่ง พอถึงสนามบินโทรหา บอกว่าเราถึงแล้ว ทางโรงแรมบอกว่าให้รอ 7 นาทีจะมีคนไปรับ รอเกือบครึางชั่วโมงไม่มา พอเราโทรไป กลับบอกว่าให้เรียกแท๊กซี่มาเอง เด๋วตะจ่ายค่าแท๊กซี่ให้ พอถึงเค้ารีบไปจ่ายให้จริงๆ เท่าไรไม่รู้ แต่กลับมาเรียกเก็บจากเรา 16 us ซึ่งราคาไม่เป็นธรรมแน่ๆ แต่เราขี้เกียจเถึยง พอขากลับจะเรัยกให้แต่ที่นี้คิด 10 us เราก็โอเค เพราะเราขี้เกียจออกไปหารถ พอรถมาถึงก็โทรหา แต่เราลงไปช้าประมาณ 5 นาที ปรากฎว่าแท๊กซี่ไม่รอ ทางโรงแรม แทนที่จะช่วยคิดต่อคันใหม่ให้ แต่กลับบอกให้เราไปหารถเอง สรุปเราห็เดินออกไปหารถเอง ค่าแท๊กซี่แค่ 100 รูฟียา ตกแล้วประมาณ 6 us แต่ขามา มันฟันเราไป 16 us

i said it was bad, because they charged me $20 for return pick up car from the airport to the city that wasn't far and also $10 for serviced that i can't see which serviced and it just happened without any information

Expensive tour, moderate food.

Good location but having underscore breakfast. The tour provided by tour are double up expensive than tour nearby beach. Lunch during tour supposed to be buffet but only serve fried rice at last. Staff are nice just tour are not worth it.

Its was so excited to stay here..i book room for my husband..for 2 days.and he felt so satiesfied here.even better than male city (with the same price or more). When i ve chance to visit male again..i ll stay here again. And tq traveloka..

Good stay, the Filipino staff are kind and helpful only some wifi is slow.

Rooms are clean and furniture also looks new although the room is quite small. Suitable for backpackers stay. Staff are friendly and shows good hospitality. There is no elevator however and the staircase is a bit narrow.

bad service, many bugs in the room

Too many bugs and rooms are smelly. Not good.
