Near a trash collection area. Smelled like garbage

It was a very relaxing stay from start to finish. Very helpful and accommodating staff.

This is an older property and could use some updating but overall it was decent. Also better housekeeping is in order (saw a lot of dust and a little grime). Air conditioner was straining to keep the room cool even in its lowest setting. Breakfast was good.

As a HH Gold Member I’ve stayed at many properties and was shocked by my experience at this hotel. We checked in around 9pm after a wedding and left some food on the desk area while we went to sleep. When we woke up at 7:30am, the desk was covered with ants. I had to use a towel to clear the desk. Moved the food to the bathroom trash can, about 90 mins later I returned to the bathroom and the trash can was covered with ants and they were crawling up the walls. The bathroom floor was sticky upon check-in. No way I’d walk around the room in bare feet. I did make the front desk aware, twice. I would not stay here again.

Just another hotel. Nothing special.The handicapped accessible room had a tub which would not have worked if one of us had been in a wheelchair.

Great clean rooms and friendly staff

Anytime my wife and I travel we stay at a Hampton they've always been clean the staff is courteous ,helpful and the breakfast buffet is great. I love the one or two that used to have cookies and fruit out at night when you came back from doing an activity it was great to have a coffee and a nice cookie.

This is one of the best Hampton Inns we have stayed at. Excellent!

First time staying here. We were greeted warmly. Good coffee in the lobby. We stayed in an “ accessible” room due to having an elderly family member and being concerned about confusion and potential falls. It was perfect - spacious, clean and quiet. She had no issues. We appreciated the night lights in the bathroom. Breakfast was nicely done with good protein options.

We had a very good experience from check-in with Simone at reception to free shuttle to Del Largo resort with Kenny. We found our hotel room clean and quiet with friendly, helpful efficient staff everywhere. This hotel is also in the Hilton Honors chain and qualifies for Honor Club stay points. Would definitely stay there again when in the NYS Finger Lakes area and would recommend to others. Conveniently located to Del Largo Resort, wineries, outlet mall and historic town of Seneca Falls.

Staff was nice, breakfast was decent, but our room was dusty, the air conditioner was so loud I had a headache, the bathroom had dirt in all corners and cracks, some weird stuff on the walls and door…the pool floor wasn’t clean either. All in all, nice people, decent facility but they need to step up the cleaning game…I was pretty grossed out.
