飯店清潔度很不錯 服務人員對提出的要求也能妥善的解決 地理位置也是相當的棒 早餐相當豐富 每天都有提供蘋果讓你自由取用 飯店後面就有纜車站 住宿兩天就有送交通券可以免費搭乘纜車公車以及火車 整體來說是很棒的。

In such beautiful and quiet place, I am deeply love it. Convenient place to go shopping and visit other town. I am love fall in love with it.

rooms at high level with snow mountain view, good breakfast with lots of choice, near punt muragl for winter hiking. single room a bit old and small and no view at all.

In gerenal, everything were good, staff are helpful, nice breakfast, room are enough good for double room but not single, spa / sauna open and close too early, cant’t use those facility if you check in late after 2000. water pressure not enough in room.

The mountain views from the balcony is amazing.The fresh air is very refreshing.Loved the wooden closet doors a nd the way the sink is hidden, unique.The feel of the hotel is a mixed of a cabin and modern architecture.Very appealing and appropriate to its location.Staff are very nice and food is good.Very clean too, nice smell along the hallway.And the restaurant is a plus.

This hotel is exceptional. The staff was super friendly and helpful. From the time we arrived they were very welcoming and happy to answer any questions we had about trains, buses or excursions. The room was fantastic. Super clean, high end amenities and great views from our outside balcony. The breakfast was delicious. My two teenagers, my husband and I were pleasantly full with all the options available. I highly recommend this hotel.

The views from the hotel are amazing. The staff was so welcoming and nice. The room was comfortable and clean. Our stay included public transportation cards and free ride up Diavolezza which was a nice surprise. There’s a beautiful path to walk behind the hotel.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und alles klappte zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war angenehm gross für 2 Personen mit Hund. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keinen Wunsch aus, jedoch sind Hunde im Speisesaal nicht erlaubt!

We arrived in heavy rain and the lovely reception staff went and got us towels to dry off before even starting to check us in. Our room was very comfortable. We had a very nice meal in the restaurant and an excellent breakfast. The lady who looked after us in the restaurant for both meals was very nice too. We appreciated the option of a hotel taxi to the railway station after checking out, but coming in we hadnt pre booked, so the bus 602 from the railway station to the first stop A to the post office worked well and drops you about 300m from the hotel. We had a short but extremely pleasant stay here.
