絕佳的地理位置，交通方便 ，只是有個缺點uber跟計程車不能開到飯店樓下 , 有大行李的要考慮。還有浴室不是蓮蓬頭，是固定式的。房間挑高，也很大間，住起來是舒適的。周邊的餐廳也很有特色，櫃檯人員人都非常親切，是一次很開心的入住經驗。

pros: Staffs are very friendly and helpful! Wonderful location with easy access to busy Madrid city life. Clean. cons: soundproof is not great, wifi is slow. The street no car acess so you will need to walk 2 mins to a street to get a Uber.

飯店人員很親切，地點就在市中心，但房間很小，浴室沒有洗手台，上完廁所要走到房間的另一邊洗手，不太方便。

位置靠近广场，到哪里都很近。非常不错，酒店干净，早餐在傍边的餐馆，很不错

論地點，真的非常優越，2分鐘之內可以到火車站，地鐵站還有太陽門廣場。10分鐘內都可以步行到馬德里皇宮。還有臨近其他古跡。職員服務態度非常好，英文也非常好。房間wifi網速非常快。 但是我所住的酒店房間垃圾桶只有一個非常小的，而且是放在廁所裡面，不是放在臥室。 另外，房間沒有燒熱水的熱水壺，如果要熱水，得要下樓，轉到另外一條街問酒店附屬的餐廳去借。而且不是24小時，這個非常非常不方便。 還有一點就是因為房間不能抽煙，如果深夜要抽煙，那麼就要下樓，在戶外抽煙。

Room was very clean. Didn’t like the showerhead out of the ceiling. Would return. Great location.

Excelente Hotel con buen desayuno! El Hotel con mejor limpieza de habitacion. A/C Ok. A pasos de todas las plazas y lugares importantes y a pasos de la estacion Sol. Recomendado 100%. Aunque no tiene amenidades propias del hotel, Los mejores restaurantes de tapas y comidas a precios excelentes se encuentran a menos de 1min

Muy bien situado, cerca de todo. Personal muy amable y servicial. Desayuno excelente.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Air conditioning was a little tricky, got hot at some point during the night. Staff obligated me to pay in Dollars which made it more expensive. They said there is a policy that I cannot pay in Euros. I later investigated, there is no policy. I felt like they scammed me. The conversion was inaccurate.

Oda genel olarak temizdi. Oda çok küçüktü, lavabo odanın içindeydi, penceremiz bina boşluğuna bakıyordu. Yani çok keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi olduğunu söyleyemem. Fotoğraflardaki odalar nerede ve kime veriliyor merak ettim. Tüm bunları düşününce çok pahalı bir konaklama yaptığımı düşünüyorum çünkü Sevillada aynı fiyata 4 yıldızlı çok şık bir otelde kaldım. Artı yanı kahvaltı olması ki o da otelin yakınındaki bir cafede ama yeterli. Bir de otel çok merkezi bir konumda.

El servicio de limpieza del cuarto y control de temperatura excelente. Silencio y tranquilidad razonable. El personal muy atento. No tengo quejas; localización céntrica; por tanto vuelvo en varios días.

First we stayed in the apartment. The roof top and elevator to the room were great additions. But it should be noted it is not in the same building as the hotel. It's a ten minute walk. 15 minutes or so carrying all our luggage. The location is great in the heart of Madrid. Very close to everything. Subway taxis or even bus are very close by at all hours. A couple issues. The apartment is a little dated and could use some repairs. Loose light switches and electrical outlets and there is not even enough sitting area for 4 guests. Some bar stools/chairs or something would have been appreciated in the living area. Full kitchen but again no place to really sit or eat except on the patio or roof outside. It was very cold when we went and the apartment has no heat. But my main issue was no wifi. Apparently they don't have it in the apartment or the hostel. Traveling with kids, this is a must in 2026. We were forced to buy local Sim cards which work sporadically. Some updates are needed and you absolutely must get internet.
