絕佳的地理位置，交通方便 ，只是有個缺點uber跟計程車不能開到飯店樓下 , 有大行李的要考慮。還有浴室不是蓮蓬頭，是固定式的。房間挑高，也很大間，住起來是舒適的。周邊的餐廳也很有特色，櫃檯人員人都非常親切，是一次很開心的入住經驗。

pros: Staffs are very friendly and helpful! Wonderful location with easy access to busy Madrid city life. Clean. cons: soundproof is not great, wifi is slow. The street no car acess so you will need to walk 2 mins to a street to get a Uber.

Great location and helpful staff! I'll definitely consider to stay here again if I'm planning to come to Madrid again!

飯店人員很親切，地點就在市中心，但房間很小，浴室沒有洗手台，上完廁所要走到房間的另一邊洗手，不太方便。

位置靠近广场，到哪里都很近。非常不错，酒店干净，早餐在傍边的餐馆，很不错

論地點，真的非常優越，2分鐘之內可以到火車站，地鐵站還有太陽門廣場。10分鐘內都可以步行到馬德里皇宮。還有臨近其他古跡。職員服務態度非常好，英文也非常好。房間wifi網速非常快。 但是我所住的酒店房間垃圾桶只有一個非常小的，而且是放在廁所裡面，不是放在臥室。 另外，房間沒有燒熱水的熱水壺，如果要熱水，得要下樓，轉到另外一條街問酒店附屬的餐廳去借。而且不是24小時，這個非常非常不方便。 還有一點就是因為房間不能抽煙，如果深夜要抽煙，那麼就要下樓，在戶外抽煙。

Habitación cómoda, a unos pasos del oso y el madroño, múltiples restaurantes y bares, cerca de la estación del metro sol, llegamos a las 11:30 nos dijeron que el Check-in era las 15:00 pero que como ya estaba nuestra habitación nos la entregaron en ese momento., se agradece porque veníamos de 12 hrs de viaje

Vastaanotto erittäin ystävällinen ja ammattitaitoinen. Huone oli siisti mutta käsienpesupaikka itse huoneessa kylpyhuoneen sijaan oli erikoinen mutta ei sinänsä haitannut. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja aamiaispisteen nuori henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista. Ravintolan aulassa aamiaiselle mennessä muu henkilökunta ei ollut aivan niin ystävällistä. Puolivälissä viikkoa porraskäytävässä haisi pari päivää vanhoilta jätteiltä mutta haku ei onneksi tullut hotellin puolelle. Hotellin sijainti on täydellinen. Suosittelen.

Nice location, nice staffs, clean room

The bathroom with no doors!!! It gets wet and messy. Staff don’t clean your room everyday, unless you ask for it. Trash cans on the rooms would be nice.

Atendimento da recepção foi ótima. Quarto confortável.
