整體不錯，人員有禮貌，房間都算大，又有海景，環境寧靜

今次在HOTEL.COM分別訂鶴雅佐吕澗湖、阿寒湖之翼一泊兩食住宿。在前台服務、餐飲各方面，佐吕澗湖都優勝得多，而佐吕澗湖價格卻便宜限多，實屬超值。

住的是傳統日式客房，客房大門是間條通木，從走廊外可看到客房內某些位置，生活有點兒不方便。房間古老殘舊，周圍油漆脫落，充斥著難聞的天拿水臭味。唯海鮮自助餐豐盛，值得一讚。

Hotel's position is beside the Saruma lake, which has a good view in the morning. The staff and service are good. Seafood dinner biking is also delicious. It is better to go there if you have car to drive because the other means of transport is not very easy.

房間較舊，最不滿是離開時要收取300日圓溫泉稅，但入住時沒有提及，本人又沒有使用溫泉服務，但必須要收取。

非常滿意的酒店，晚餐食物非常新鮮美味，房間舒適，環境舒服，下次有機會一定再去這酒店。

一間名牌酒店,但已較舊了。 酒店適合日本人,尤其喜愛溫泉的人。

就在Lake Saroma 湖邊, 餐廳和房間都向住湖的方向, 可以欣賞到完美的日落景色。 房間有一點點陳舊, 不過可以接受。員工服務很好, 餐廳的食物都還出色。

We were impressed by good working attitude of the hotel's staff who greeted us with big smile and served us efficiently.

We stayed only for a night due to a road trip scheduled. It was a very pleasant stay with some stunning views.

施設故障ということで温泉の露天風呂が閉鎖されていました。チェックイン時には何も説明なく、浴場に入って初めて張り紙で知る状況でした。　温泉を楽しみにしての宿泊でしたのでとても残念でした。
