This is a not good hotel. This Hotel make the IBIS brandname worst. The reception is not professional and double charge me because I was already out of Mumbai and I am not able to get argue back the double charge. The food and breakfast is also not terrible in the restaurant. Room is also not clean, the bed has even has some dirty mark. I seldom write comment but this Hotel really make me sick. I don't recommend to stay in this hotel.

Hotel staff was awful, a deceiver. I was very angry and disappoint to the female front desk clerk on 17th Oct. evening at ibis Navi Mumbai because of cheating. I asked hotel staff to get a taxi for me heading to airport, she answered outside taxi(around 800 Rupee) or hotel car? I said outside taxi is fine. A nice mele staff help me but no taxi nearby due to rush period. I turned to female staff and told her I choose pay higher price(2520Rupee) for hotel car. I support the car should be in the hotel but I wait for another 20 mins. When I get in the car and found the car doesn’t look like a hotel car, just like a taxi. I asked the driver, driver told me this is Uber not hotel car, hotel staff order online. Hotel charge me 2520Rupee should provide me a nice hotel car but ibis navi gave me Uber instead. The Uber driver told me he only receive 7 or 800Rupee not 2520Rupee. I trust ibis is an international company with good reputation, this is totally not acceptable. The truth is ibis navi overcharge me 1720Rupee and lost my trust as well. If ibis navi want to add some surcharge I can accept it but need to notify in advance. But when I stayed at ibis Liverpool and Leicester, the hotel staff were nicely to get the taxi for me and did not ask for surcharge. I still believe ibis is good franchises hotel, but not in ibis navi mumbai.

好的地方:干净明亮的健身房是一个惊喜。 不好的地方:早餐可选择性太少,而且是印度餐,不习惯。房间清洁,不耐心,清理得并不好。

Need to improve on customer experience, specially the dining part. Some table don’t have glass we have to ask for it, tables are not clean as one leaves, breakfast spread on Saturday was very poor , size of Vada were very small and ambience needs improvement

Earlier also i stayed several time in this hotel, but this time its pathetic. I asked them to confirm if i can extend my stay the fron desk told me book online, he is busy in check in or he will call back in sometime, but no one call back, i asked for plate and spoon, the person told you have to come and collect from restaurent,also i ordered potato wedges, it took apptox 1 hour to come. I am thinking, i am staying in hotel or Dharamshala, useless fellows with useless service

The bathroom and toilet was dirty. The washbasin had stains. The towels provided had black stains. The room curtains did not cover the windows fully. The price paid for a room in this condition was way too high.

This hotel offers comfort, the basic amenities but also additional thoughtful things, such as an ironing station and includes a restaurant and bar. Room service was prompt. Menu has enough veg and non veg items. However, they lacked fresh pineapple juice which I as listed, only had canned. Same issue for breakfast, only fresh watermelon juice. There needs to be more than 1 fresh fruit juice offered. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with an omelette/dosa/pancake station. Again, only melon /watermelon offered. No other fresh fruit available. A hotel of this caliber should have more than cheap watermelon to offer its guests. Aside from this, very pleasant and prompt staff. Comfortable bed. It's a decent value for money stay if you are traveling for business as this is more like a no-frill hotel with basics in place. Breakfast is decent as the overall spread. Check-in process is fast and they gave me an early check-in at 10 am without having to request. Keep your original ID as they dont accept digi-locker which is also government approved and accepted nationally but this hotel wont accept it and they need a physical aadhar card or other id. Try and keep your personal toiletries as the ones provided in hotel are not very promising. Rooms are clean overall. They have a separate iron-room so you can walk a few steps out of your room to iron your clothes. 1. The bathroom drain was completely clogged and water was an inch high after 5 mins of shower. For my 3-days stay, I had to pack all my stuff back so I can move to a different room the next day. A bit hassled with this. 2. Noise in the Rooms area: Some repair staff was doing activity in the evening for more than an hour until I went and requested them to stop and resume in next day noon time when its convenient for all. 3. Poor room-dining experience. Received wrong item first and secondly the replacement came in after almost an hour.

Very good breakfast, good dining options. Staff are very pleasing and helpful. There were lots of noise from the neighboring room in the middle of the night. Could not have peaceful sleep in two nights because of that. I will suggest you make some hotel policy to maintain quietness at least during nigh time. Overall good expereince.

Like- Quiet, reasonably clean, comfortable bed. Dislike- Due to a glitch in the system (as per the manager), a faulty bill was generated. I was assured that a correct bill will be mailed to me within 10-15 mins. But even after 24 hrs, i am yet to receive the corrected bill which I absolutely need to submit at my office. Very limited in room dining options
