the hotel is located right on the coastline, i sleep with my balcony door open, very nice breeze and the sound of waves :D

The Charisma hotel is amazing. Beautiful views ocean views from our complimentary upgraded room. The breakfast was amazing and access to the ocean to swim and relax made it one of our top stays. We will definitely return to this beautiful location!

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property feels old, worn, and in serious need of renovation. While I can overlook dated decor if the service is good, unfortunately the staff were equally disappointing. During my stay, I accidentally left an item by the pool and asked the staff for assistance locating it. They seemed completely uninterested in helping and offered little effort or concern. Another frustrating experience happened during dining service. I politely asked to be moved away from a smoking guest, only to be told by the hostess that no other tables were available. However, it was obvious there were open tables throughout the dining area. The unwillingness to accommodate such a simple request made the service feel dismissive and unprofessional. In addition to these frustrations, when I asked the concierge for an outside dinner recommendation, due to my poor experience from the previous evening, I was told she was restricted in doing so per hotel policy. She very nicely offered to come to my room and call covertly on her personal phone. I have never been to a hotel in which the concierge is prohibited from recommending an outside restaurant The amenities are horrible. There is one dispenser of low quality soap in the shower, of which you are expected to wash your hair and body with. Leaving my hair a tangled, dry mess. Overall, the hotel lacked both the quality and hospitality I expected. I would not choose to stay here again.

As partes comuns do hotel, como piscina, restaurante, recepção estão em ótimo estado! Já o quarto em que fiquei os móveis estão um pouco velhos e começando a ficar inchados e gastos, daqui um ou dois anos o quarto pode estar com uma aparência terrível. A localização do hotel é excelente. Café da manhã maravilhoso

Amazing breakfast buffet!

Sehr freundliches Personal, insbesondere beim Frühstück. Wir kommen regelmäßig und das Wiedersehen ist immer wieder schön.

Location was sublime: the hotel was directly on the sea and its main restaurant had seating on a pier that jutted out into the sea. Views and especially sunsets were spectacular. Backside of hotel also had jaw- dropping view of a sheltered harbor where cruise ships docked. Breakfasts were huge with lots of variety in food choices (although the only downer: no expresso/cappachino machine) and both indoor and outdoor seating. Pool area was beautiful, with lots of plush lounges, umbrellas, and even cabanas. Staff was efficient, but very warm and helpful in every way, especially the chief receptionist (I believe her name was Omer) who got me settled at check-in, the friendly bell hop who delivered my luggage, and the men who parked my car for me each day. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

Very nice location at Ocean side. Kind staffs, great amenities! Food and spa were perfect. I and my wife loved the room at 5th floor ocean view room. I'll be back k again this hotel , if I have plans to trip here.

A very friendly, professional, and accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The seafood restaurant is extremely good with many outstanding entrées.
