前台态度很好，位置在圣十字区内，大教堂附近，几乎所有景点都在步行范围内。装修有特色，很温馨唯美的风格，但我们的房间太小，里面比较简陋。值得一提是这个小小的房间有个自己的小小庭院，很写意。

Hotel Boutique Elvira Plaza is a lovely place to stay. Check in was easy and I was able to store my bags until my room was available (I arrived earlier than check-in) which meant I could start exploring Seville straight away. The staff were really helpful and approachable. My room was large, clean and bright and the roof terrace is an added bonus. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well. The hotel is situated in a pedestrian area, in a beautiful plaza, with restaurants and many popular tourist spots within walking distance. I visited in February and had a wonderful time.

Room was very clean and the staff were lovely, breakfast was a little disappointing, it was served in their sister hotel and things weren't restocked or kept warm very well.

The room size was good The location was good But was no heat in cold January winter And I been told breakfast included but when I checked out they charge me $13 for each breakfast

O quarto estava em ótimas condições e a localização é sensacional. Perto de todos os pontos turísticos do centro histórico. Atendentes excelentes. Todos muito educados e simpáticos. Única ressalva é sobre o café da manhã, pois não é no próprio hotel (1 minuto) andando e não vale o preço. Tomamos café da manhã maravilhoso bem próximo e muito mais em conta.

Keurige kamer, heel vriendelijk personeel. Centraal gelegen. Wel heel moeilijk te vinden als je voor het eerst komt. Je wordt wakker door de kerkklokken. Ideale ligging als je overal dichtbij wilt verblijven.

Tudo muito bom, mas o banho precisa de melhorias (pouca pressão de água quente).

La chambre tres bien, le personnel super, manque juste des laitages au petit dejeuner

Tous les avis sont unanimes, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, en plein centre, à deux pas de la cathédrale, la Giralda, l'Alcazar, les bars, restos, ... tout en étant au calme sur la charmante place Dona Elvira. L'hôtel a très peu de chambres mais est jumelé à un autre hôtel tout proche qui propose un petit dej tout à fait correct. Alors pourquoi juste *** ? Les chambres en étage avec petit balcon sont certainement très agréables. mais nous avons séjourné dans une chambre du RdC, sombre, pas très grande qui mériterait un rafraîchissement et qui est certainement, à la belle saison, assez bruyante

This hotel is in a great local just a stone’s throw from Seville Cathedral and the Real Alcazar. The room was clean and presentable. The patio outside my room could have used some cleaning though. The leaves on the plants were brown and it didn’t look like it had been swept for some time- I couldn’t spend any time on the patio sipping my morning coffee. The safe did not work in my room and although I had asked someone to look into it they forgot. The staff was friendly and helpful both at Boutique Elvira and their sister hotel HALO where you go to eat. Boutique Elvira isn’t open 24hrs but HALO is so if you run into any problems after 10pm go to HALO if you need assistance. The breakfast was amazing. So many different things to choose from. I enjoyed freshly squeezed orange juice and there was Brut there to make a mimosa if you wanted to. If you want to be near the main sites of historic Seville this hotel is a good option. Be mindful that Uber can only drop you off in one of the plazas nearby though as cars cannot drive down some of the narrower corridors. No problem as it is a 4-5 min walk from those plazas to the hotel. There are many shops around for souvenirs and there are lots of places to eat within 5-15 mins walking depending on what you want to eat. Be prepared to wait for a table on Friday and Saturday nights because this city never sleeps. All friendly people though. You will enjoy your time in Seville for sure.

Hotel was in the perfect location albeit a bit loud as there were walking tours during the day. I would recommend staying here as the location was perfect and the rooms were clean and comfortable with working air con. I checked in after midnight and had to check in at the sister hotel around the corner. Staff were super helpful and responsive on WhatsApp.

Accueil exceptionnel, le personnel est extrêmement agréable et serviable, la situation de l'hôtel est parfaite à 100 mètres de la cathédrale et quasiment à 15-20 minutes de tous points d'intérêt. Seul bémol : nous n'avions pas de drap pour nous couvrir le 1er soir, nous avons trouvé une couette sans housse que nous avons conservée en l'etat tout le séjour . Pas de tapis de bain non plus, nous avons utilisé une de nos petites serviettes le 1er jour puis elle a disparue et pas de remplacement d'aucune serviette durant tout le sejour. Je veux bien jouer le jeux de l'eco friendly mais l'hygiène passe avant ! Le petit-déjeuner se prend à l'hôtel d'à côté, malgré l'extrême gentillesse du personnel, il est vite dépassé le dimanche lorsqu'il y a plus de 10 personnes (tables non débarrassées, pas de tasse, pas de couverts, buffet vide...). Nous avons heureusement passé un très bon séjour dans cette tres belle ville.

Es war ganz ok. Standard. Von einem Boutique Hotel hatte ich jedoch mehr erwartet. Ich vemisste die Schönheit und Persönlichkeit. Auch war das Zimmer sehr eng und hatte nur sehr wenig Ablagefläche für Kleidungund andere Sachen, nicht mal ein Halter für die Seife in der Dusche. Das Bett war etwas zu kurz, da mein Partner gross ist. Ich schätze es, dass jeden Tag das Zimmer in Ordnung gebracht wurde. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Rezeption ist jedoch nicht immer besetzt

We really loved our stay here! It was right in the heart of Old Town Seville, and everything was within walking distance. Beatriz was so accommodating, friendly, and patient with all our questions and concerns. Our room was wonderful; perfect for a couple based on its size, and was always clean.

I loved my stay at this property! The location was perfect, right near the palace. Although, you had to walk about 5 mins in order to call a taxi, which is normal in this walkable city. Everyone working at the hotel was very attentive and kind! Breakfast was decent, around the corner of the hotel. AC also worked well, which is rare in Europe and great in the 100 degree weather we were in. A couple of little things, is that the patio was not that well kept and a little dusty and hotel lobby fragrance was too strong. Also, shower pressure was very weak in our room, even when they checked and said it was ok (maybe specific room bc I see other reviews saying the same thing?) If you want a perfect location and nice view from the terrace, stay here!

Great location near Alcatraz and cathedral. Spotless room with a balcony to the pretty square. Staff were extremely friendly and friendly. Good value for the location. Decent buffet breakfast in their sister hotel a few metres away.

O quarto térreo é péssimo. A janela não pode ser aberta, por estar na rua. O ar condicionado não funcionou. Uma luz de emergência verde ficou acessa a noite toda e é bem forte. À noite não tem recepção e não foi informado. Cheguei e levei um susto, mas testei e a chave do quarto abriu a porta da rua. Não tem onde apoiar sabonete, shampoo, nada dentro do box. Quando tomei banho, a água não descia e molhou todo o quarto, vazando para a portaria. Um show de horrores. O café da manhã é em outro hotel próximo. A única coisa boa foi a localização.
