Es un hotel estupendo. Está muy bien situado. La habitación estupenda con mirador y balcón. El desayuno fenomenal, con variedad y calidad. El salón del desayuno muy acogedor. En recepción muy amables. Nos ha parecido magnífico. Lo recomiendo.

El personal de recepción súper amable. Nuestra habitación tenía tapado el desagüe de la bañera y la bacha.

Habitación limpia y amplia desafortunadamente nos tocó el primer piso y hay mucho ruido en la noche y por la mañana nos tocó mercado y armaron los puestos muy temprano. Ruidosa

Great location close to Cathedral. Great for pilgrims or regular tourists. Rooms very good. We didn’t have breakfast at hotel so cannot comment. Happy to recommend.

The hotel was great! Clean, beautiful rooms and locations! The staff was so Friendly and accommodating. I only have one star off for the area around the location because it’s extremely loud - nothing that could have been done different by hotel but important to consider if that’s something that bothers you.

Lo mejor es el desayuno que es muy bueno , la habitación estaba muy alejada de la recepción , el ascensor estaba roto , no había UNA BOTELLA DE AGUA EN LA HABITACIÓN y cuando bajé a buscar me la cobraron 5,40 euros ,las medidas del alcohol eran

El hotel es muy bonito y muy bien ubicado. El recepcionista muy amable. Estuvimos una noche al inicio de nuestro viaje y otra al final. La primera todo perfecto. La última nos dieron la habitación 205 que tiene una luz de seguridad encima de la puerta que ilumina toda la habitación y no te deja dormir. No se puede apagar de ninguna manera. Esa habitación no es apta para el descanso. Nos han ofrecido un antifaz como solución. Es una pena porque la habitación es preciosa.

Gracious staff. Lots of great desk help. .Especially appreciated Augustine, willing to talk through things I felt were possibilities. He kindly checked on a few facts, make a couple suggestions (far beyond what he 'should' do) I so appreciate his and others; help: made the time especially delightful.

Unique old city area near the Mercado and walkable to the Cathedral. Quiet area with food options nearby. Clean and comfortable room with a beautiful view. Excellent restaurant attached with a wonderful tasting menu option. Wonderful service from front desk. Would definitely return in the future.
