沒熱水，沒熱水，不知道為何洗澡沒熱水。我標準不高只要能住就好，但是居然沒熱水

It was not a good hotel at all. The room wasn't clean when I checked in. The toilets looked not clean and I sidn take a shower. It was near the bus station, and also the bars. Very noisy at night and not easy to get a sleep. Wifi is acceptable.

Nice big room, clean, fair price. Close to everything. Noises from other rooms at night and from stuff from 7 am. They woke me up. If they manage to keep the noise down, it would be perfect. I would recommend it nevertheless.

Great location for Gibraltar border, friendly staff with quick check in. There are noise issues but least of my problems these days.

Great location. Very basic but good for one night before flying.

The bathroom was just a big pane of glass. (There was no wall for the bathroom). So you could see the person in the bathroom and toilet. There were no photos to show this or properly warn of this. Not private at all.

Nice town ,value for money

Check In was fine it’s the smell of smoke in the room that was an issue

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Man ist zu Fuß in circa 20 Minuten an der Grenze zu Gibraltar. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind auch gut fußläufig. Das Einzelzimmer mit Waschbecken hatte alles, was ich brauchte. Es war sauber. Ich habe gut geschlafen. Die sanitären Anlagen auf dem Flur waren in Ordnung. Das Personal war nett. Fantastisches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Ich komme gerne wieder.

Ok room, but AC didn’t work well. AC settings kept changing several times during the night from cold to hot (from 17 degrees to 25 degrees).
