It was GREAT! The staff and manager were GREAT! They took wonderful care of us!!!

It was a safe and quiet place to stay at while exploring lake Titikaka. It’s worth to mention there is a custom control point every time you go back to Puno, and sometimes they take a while to let you through if you are driving. Overall a good place and staff was really attentive.

El hotel es muy limpio y mantienen los protocolos , me gusta que se ve nuevo el hotel , las instalaciones están muy bien cuidados La atención del personal es otro punto a destacar , todos muy atento , con una costa increíble al lago y rica comida

Gute Wahl am See, mit großem Parkplatz und großzügigen Räumen.Insgesamt schon ziemlich abgewohnt, für PeruVerhältnisse sehr gut (ansonst 3*). Sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant, Personal sehr bemüht. Lage ziemlich außerhalb von Puno.

La atención por parte de la recepcionista no fue la mejor,

Las fotografías del hotel hablan un poco de más con respecto a la realidad. Es amplio, la habitación espaciosa, las sábanas bien limpias, el desayuno bueno. El hotel en general tiene aspecto envejecido, huele mal por todas partes (a cocina sucia), si pones el nombre del hotel en el GPS te va a llevar lejos, a un lote donde no existe nada. Después de estar allí dudo de la mayoría de comentarios 10.0 que aparecen.

Après quelques difficultés pour trouver l’hôtel (mauvaise emplacement par le GPS, heureusement qu’il y a un gros panneau au bord de la route pour le trouver), nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet établissement. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, la vue agréable et le personnel accueillant. Bon wifi

Exceptional views of the lake and beautiful grounds. Breakfast was good and onsite restaurant provided excellent meals at a reasonsble cost.

夜、お湯や水が出ないことがあったけど、朝には出たし、ペルーだから許容範囲だと思いました。

古い施設なので、バスルームなどは使いにくい。 クリーニングはアイロンなどしておらず。良いものは縮んだりするので出さない方が良い。 スリッパ、歯ブラシは無いので、個人で用意する事をお勧めします。 スタッフはニコやで、大変気持ちよく滞在を楽しめもす。

スタッフがとても親切！部屋からの景色もとても良かった！ シャワーの湯量が使用が集中するととても少なく 諦めて朝お風呂に入った

호수 주변, 주변에 호수밖에 없음. 나머지는 전부 호텔안에서 해결 해야 함. 호텔은 깔끔한편. 조식 괜찮음.
