综合评分和评论 Asia Wifi Budget Hostel - Carlton Group of Hostels

Having back experience here, good thing we book in another hotel. I don't like the staff, rude, you don't feel you are welcome and safe staying here. They are unpleasant behavior which we really don't like. Staff - Receptionist is rude. Room - Good for backpackers but small, dirty (I saw cockcroach in the sink and bed bites). No towel ready. Location - The location is good for tourist but inside the building is not nice. WiFi - Unstable WiFi connection in your room and you will need to stay in hallway or lobby to get wifi. Preparation - They are unaware of coming new guest and they need to clean the room first and take long before we could get the room. Overall - Disappointed and not enjoy our stay here. We transfer to another hostel.

The blanket smell unwashed. The male receptionist was very impolite.

Budget hotel good for tourist.

Their staff was not friendly.
