Good staff

We liked that there were cameras on the property and they had breakfast included with the stay. We didn't like the staff at the front desk. I don't know if he was the owner or just the manager but he was short and rude. Threw my ID and credit card at me. We didn't have a plug for the bathtub, not any shampoo/conditioner nor soap, one cup for water. Their wasn't a fitted sheet on the pull out sofa bed nor one available, no extra sheets for the sofa bed, no "Do Not Disturb" sign to put on our door so the cleaning lady knocked on our door. Couldn't grab our breakfast and drinks on the go, we had to eat it in the lobby. Wouldn't probably stay their again.

My room was nice, clean, and spacious. The staff are very sweet, and helpful. I had food delivered, but the delivery person forgot to bring utensils. I went to the lobby, and they provided me with what I needed. It was quiet and peaceful.

Love the stsyed, I had stayed on one of your locations before after my water heater need replaced, and this location is one of the cleanest and well kept locations I have stayed. Freud ly staff as well.

Absolutely an amazing stay! Very clean, very welcoming and the entire staff were very friendly. The best part is they wash the comforters!!! Great prices! A ton of food options close by and gas stations! Brought our motorcycles, with all the outside lights and privacy fence around the entire building we had a sense of security! Very big thank you to the staff for making our stay enjoyable and most of all Comfortable!

Everything is great except don’t have plug 🔌 for charger near by the bed 🛌

My partner and I needed a hotel for the night after our cruise that was close to the airport. The front desk worker was so helpful and kind. The room was clean and very good for one night close to Hobby.

Planes are loud from Hobby (must be in direct flight path), area around hotel is a little sketchy, however the hotel is very clean.

Good location. Reasonable price

Great staff. Everyone super nice. Pappas BBQ and SAMMIES Seafood walking distance. Both are excellent food!

The rooms at this hotel were nice, clean, and spacious. Its proximity to the Houston Botanic Garden (about 6 minutes away) was a major factor in our choice, as we had an event there. We also selected this hotel based on its advertised breakfast. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing. It consisted solely of water, coffee, honey buns, blueberry muffins, cereal, and a waffle maker. The lack of hot food options was a significant drawback. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to those seeking a substantial breakfast. The only restroom available in the dining area was also out of order.
