雖然旅館較偏僻，但是環境非常美麗，可望無際海境，令人心廣神怡，而旅館服務員殷勤招待，讓我可享用豐富及精美晚餐和早餐

Quiet Far away to the centre The dog is very lovely and she always wait for guest to open the glass door !!! The staff is helpful and nice even they cannot speak English so well (but communicable), and a staff is from Taiwan (but do not know the situation of her, maybe just holding working visa to start a temp. Job in Japan) Highly recommended but please do not drive to there if your driving skill is not good enough

Its not only a room but a suite, very comfy beds, very nice sea view as well. Good quality & delicious breakfast & dinner. Eventhough the location is a bit far away from the city center & Ugata train station but pick up service to and fro the train station could be arranged in advance. Would like to come to Shima once more and for sure would stay in this hotel again.

This is the BEST experience during my trip in Japan this year. The owner couple are so friendly,and make me so warm even I'm on the vacatio alone. I will recommand all my friend to visit this resort again.

It is a traditional Japanese hotel, a bit old. No private bathroom. Meals are not the best but acceptable.

家族で宿泊なんですが、娘家族と息子家族、3家族、一部屋だけ離れてしまい、少し大変でした。 部屋はタバコのニオイが気になりました。

ゆったりとした部屋で従業員の方もとても良くのんびり出来た。また泊まりたい。とてもおすすめ！

旅行サイトなどでの口コミはあまり良くなかったので、正直不安でしたが、想像以上に良かったです。 接客も丁寧で良い思い出になりました。

桧の香るお風呂でした。 宿の方も温かく迎えてもらい、お部屋も広々、アメニティも揃って食事も海の幸を美味しく頂きました。伊勢のゆっくりした時間を満喫できました。

写真で見るのとは違って本物のほうが断然よかったです。嵐が来ていましたが、次の日はカラッと晴れ、海も楽しめました。次回は直接電話予約をして 海の見える部屋をお願いします。お風呂も改装中でしたがすごくよかったです。

A wonderful and unique place. Difficult to say what we preferred best: the fantastic view, the delicious and sophisticated food prepared by a first-class chef, the hospitable and gentle owners and their staff, the excursions that could be easily made from the hotel (also by boat!)....

This hotel is on a quiet inlet of the bay away from the day to bustle of the nearby village. A great place to go for downtime, with excellent food.

Beautiful, peaceful spot right on Ago Bay. Delicious fresh food, friendly staff, great onsen, spotlessly clean. Awesome stay.
