There are so many pros about this hotel. The staff was pleasant, the hotel is spotless clean, the outdoor grounds were quiet.

The bathroom was a dirty a bit. The sheets had a small stan from something. But the staff was helpful. The pool was very clean. The room was spacious. Was noisy at 3am from someone. But overall was a decent experience

Opened indoor pool, clean nice rooms

The hotel is run down. It doesn’t look like the pictures. Our room was on the first floor and windows right to a run down basketball court. The room had a distinct smell and was dark. It was not light and airy. The worst part was a heater that made a whining noise the entire night. We tried to turn it off as we would rather have been cold but the thermostat didn’t do anything. At 1:30AM I debated leaving. Although the bed was comfortable we got very little sleep. We turned the shower all the way to hot and it was warm. The pool is in a warm room and has a nice temperature. The staff were friendly. I do not recommend this hotel however if you want to sleep.

The place was very clean and it felt very homey for my spouse and I. We really loved and we’ll definitely be back soon.

Was staying at this property for a work event that I was running near by . When I got back to the hotel around 11pm I went to rinse a cup in the sink and a cockroach came out of the sink . I immediately packed my bags and notified the front desk and asked to check out . They acted like it was normal , checked me out without any kind of sincere apology explanation or reimbursement. I drove an hour and a half home at 11:30pm after working an event for the entire day. Horrible service and cleanliness and a waste of money .

I fogot the young man's name but he was super nice and patient. We stayed there for Christmas (me and my 11 year old son). He was so professional and nice. My Son would chat with him daily. He solve every problem or concern I had; from housekeeping not giving fresh towels (he sent them up within 5 minutes)... to taking a pic for me, of me and my Son for Christmas... He's a tall young man with dark hair and had on some nice red and white Jordan's 😅... He works the evening shift

They down graded my room from a suite to a studio. But upgraded one of the people meering me there

Nothing memorable or great and nothing bad about the property at all. We just needed a place to stay for a wedding and that's what this hotel provided. So in that respect, it was worth it.

Overall nice environment

The kitchen was very dirty. stuff in the cabinets. the stove top was very dirty along with the counter tops. the pans were also dirty. i had to go to the Walmart to get something to clean everything.

Everyone was so pleasant, it was cleaned daily and smelled so good upon entry at all times. Great facility & staff!

House keeping happened very little, room had damages including safety concerns
