View was amazing , service impecable ! Hotel situated at a perfect position for both city center and water activities. Recommended for sure , take the option of breakfast it is worthed .

Morgenmaden var ok. Aircondition på kamrene god, men meget varmt ude på gangene og i elevatorerne. Solsengene bør skiftes. De er skadelige at ligge i og gamle.

Lovely room & the staff were very helpful organising a table for a 60th birthday celebration. The service was excellent & facilities great!

The hotel is ok, nothing extraordinary but clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

I booked this hotel despite the higher price compared to others, because we had a flight the next morning and I wanted a comfortable, quiet stay. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. From the moment we entered the room, there was constant water noise coming from the bathroom and another wall. It was absolutely impossible to sleep. I asked the receptionist to change the room, but he initially refused and only after a lot of insistence did he finally agree to switch us. This is not the level of service or comfort you expect when paying more for a supposedly better hotel. Very disappointing experience.

The hotel is very well located and you can walk to the old town quite easily. It is surrounded by excellent dining options, and some of the rooms have a spectacular view of the harbor and the sea beyond. On the flip side, The swimming pool is a glorified bathtub. The photograph on Expedia is very misleading. The restaurant only opens for breakfast. The breakfast spread is indeed very good. The air conditioning in the rooms is a big challenge. I complained twice during my four night stay but they were unable to get the room to a temperature which was comfortable. Some of my co-travelers had a similar experience. Javier at the front desk was a real superstar. Sadly, he was the exception. The rest of the staff ranged from being surly to downright rude. Overall, for the money that we paid per night per room, the hotel was not up to scratch.

The room was spacious and modern with a balcony over looking the road then the harbor. Pool on the 3rd floor and lounge chairs but closed early so I never went. Also the restaurant closed early so we never went. Definitely a modern city hotel without the hours.

We stayed at the Costa Azul several years ago & whilst it's been refurbished since we last stayed we feel it's now way overpriced & given the facilities is closer to a 3 star Hotel. Great location but it's unlikely we'd stay again. Sorry but for us you're way overpriced.

15 minutos a pé do centro de palma . Marina linda com vista muito bonita . Cafe da manhã com vista da Marina e cheio de opções . Quarto novo , limpo , banheiro muito limpo / a área da piscina tem uma vista linda . Estacionar é bem difícil mas conseguimos nas ruas de trás . Recomendo sem duvidas esse hotel
