Amazing hotel, William and the front of house staff couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was really fun….. helping with visits around Beijing and tours of the incredible art and variety of suites the hotel has to offer

I've staying at this hotel for the last 8 years. Service is as impressive as the decoration. Full of details. As far as the rate stays reazonable I will keep staying at this hotel.

This place is really nice, clean and modern. I enjoyed those sculptures.

We were excited by this unique hotel, especially for Beijing. However we must say that perhaps they’re “trying a bit too hard”. Too many remote controls in the room, an iPad for hotel services that didn’t work, a restaurant closed for renovation, the only bar in the hotel, not to mention the very upscale mall adjacent without a bar/lounge, and weak offerings for afternoon tea made the rather high price questionable

The whole experience at the hotel was out of this world. We got pampered, got a tour of the place and its vast art collection, the room was beautifully themed (Harry Potter style!), And we could not get enough of the terrace and the private pool. By far one of the besr hotels we stayed at.

Very good hotel with Dali art collection.... I am impressed... better than both ritzcarlton in financial district and four seasons we have stayed this year!

First time staying here - GREAT hotel! lots of interesting elements around hotel and in room. :) located in a mall and very convenient for food and shopping.

After more than forty years of world travel, I can say that this is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything from the room, the service, the amazing modern art, to the personal interactions was superb. Don't miss the opportunity to stay at this jewel of a hotel.

Amazing experience! The terrace under the glass house is really an unique experience. So impressed with the innovation and the architectural designs in making a terrace indoors.

This was an exceptional hotel. The rooms had many high tech features. The hotel is filled with art. The staff goes out of their way to assist guests. The attention to detail is a big part of what makes this an exceptional property.

This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed. I am an art lover and the hotel is basically an art museum. Never see so many Dali’s pieces in a hotel. I am in heaven. By the way, great location, convenient to everything. Strongly recommend it.

The size of the room was great, the hotel environment was very clean and beautifully designed.

It was terrible. I stay at a hotel in Beijing almost every weekend while on business and I was excited to try them out. Usually I stay at the intercontinental which is amazing. I thought I’d try something different and was disappointed. The room has thin walls and I could hear someone on the phone in the middle of the night. I called downstairs and nothing was done about it. They also turned the AC off centrally since it was hot in Beijing... to save their own power costs... without telling the guests. So my room went from too hot to too cold non stop all night! It was awful.

This beautiful hotel is awesome. Amazing and very Helpful staff. I stayed here For 12 days and MET incredible staff thats very true to there job.
