Not good and professional service. 5-star price, 1 star service. If u check out have more trouble.

The hotel is far beyond our expectations and is worth every penny! The room was big, modern and comfortable, and the surrounding area was really nice and quiet. All staff members were very helpful and kind: they are always willing to deal with any problems we have and helped us tackled with them. The breakfast charge 25 euros per person, but the quality left me nothing to criticize. In short, we had a very great time in Berlin, which could largely be credited to our experience in Das Stue Hotel. Next time if we go to Berlin, we will definitely book this hotel again!

I especially want to highlight the care and dedication of the staff—one night after walking all over Berlin during a heatwave my daughter managed to lock herself out of our room and we were so exhausted we didn’t hear her knocking. The staff found her wandering in her pjs, gave her a popsicle to calm her down and got her back to our room safely, and we didn’t even know it had happened until the next morning. The hotel itself is beautiful, and in a lovely quiet area surrounded by beautiful green parks while still being in the heart of Berlin. We were there for a family vacation and being able to slip into the back door of the zoo was magical.

Havde et skønt døgn på Das Stue (Danmarks tidligere ambassade i Berlin) Vi blev opgraderet til et værelse med kæmpe balkon på 5 etage og fik prøvet deres pool, sauna og skønne morgenmads buffet. Kommer helt sikkert igen. Danke schön

Great staff and service. Cool hotel. Would love to give 5 star review but a few points hinders that: Noisy a/c, shower overflow and fake “the swan” design chairs in room.

Unglaublich entspanntes u d ruhiges Hotel mit familiärer Atmosphäre, direkt am Tiergarten und recht zentral. Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolles Frühstück und sehr gutes Restaurant. Der Spa-Bereich und das Gym sind etwas klein.

Noble und inspirierende Atmosphäre und sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende.

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms, staff and amenities are all First Rate. And the view from our room overlooking the Zoo was unbelievable. Who wakes up with Kangaroos running around just outside their window? Our only caution is it is a bit remote, far from public transit and walking through the pitch black Tiergarten at night is not an option.
