Staff are nice and pleasant. It has a good restaurant and you can enjoy good dinner with good sinerary

酒店位於Lauterbrunnen站附近，坐火車停站前已經可以望到。走路大約5-10分鐘路程,有斜路、樓梯，但也算輕鬆。酒店職員友善，英文不錯！我的是山景房間，雪景很美。旁邊是到Mürren 的cable car ，上到去可以看到007的取景場地雪朗峰。雖然旁邊是纜車站，但噪音也不大，關了窗就沒有聲音。

便利，潔淨，但服務人員太為忙祿

訂房時註明蜜月旅行，結果房間布置得超浪漫，竟然還送了一瓶香檳，擺在灑了花瓣的盤子上，服務一級棒!旅館位置離車站近，只是要爬一小段坡。房間可看到對面山壁上的小瀑布、火車鐵道，風景不錯!沒有電梯，但服務員會幫女生提行李。

阳台风景一流，可以看见瀑布。洗手间设施一般，不够舒适。没有电梯，搬运行李较困难。

Good location, Comfortable, Good services

It has nice location and breakfast is satisfied. The room is a little bit small same as bathroom . It doesnt provide boiler. Reception is very nice. They dont have elevator only stairs. It has nice view about mountain. I will say a little expensive for the price. Good to stay here for 2 nights but not more than 4 . It is clean and feel ok about the hotel. If u dont know where to go than this wont let u down.

The view of the falls was incredible!

Room was clean but they forgot a string on top of the bathroom sink and towels need to be updated.

My very favorite hotel in Switzerland! Maria was so welcoming and the ladies who work there are kind and thoughtful! Loved it!

Nice view. Enjoyed room and breakfast.

Window blinds in room were broken, bath towels were threadbare and covered in holes, “mattress” was just a two-inch foam pad on a platform. Good location but wouldn’t stay here again. Many other hotels to choose from.

Service

Beautiful 3-star hotel just cross the street from the train station. The room is clean with large patio and gorgeous mountain view. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choices and the freshest homemade bread. We also dined there for dinner, had rosti with mushroom sauce, cordon bleu, and dessert hazelnut cake, all was very delicious.

It was excellent. Room was fantastic and great views of the valley and waterfall. Opposite the train station and next to the cable car, all very convenient. Nice restaurant with traditional dishes. Will come back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Great food and service. Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit. The seltzer water was incredible and free. Also coffee options for free was great!
