Gostamos de tudo no hotel, exceto a experiência no restaurante Vezzoso…. Nas últimas vezes que fomos, ele não era cobrado a parte e a qualidade era infinitamente superior… além de não nos terem informado no ato da reserva que tinha uma cobrança a parte, o fato de estar pior nos deixou bastante insatisfeitos (exemplo: desta vez tinha apenas 1 queijo…. Tudo bem que era grana padano, mas apenas 1 eu achei péssimo….. Da última vez que fomos tinha macarrão “ao vivo”, uma infinidade de queijos, e fomos atendidos por uma pessoa que nos apresentou todas as opções e fez questão que provássemos tudo, foi excelente. Dessa vez tínhamos reservado a sexta e o sábado, mas depois da experiência da sexta, cancelamos e não pretendemos voltar mais no restaurante. Foi triste e decepcionante.

Very comfortable very well maintained facility. Only problem for us was the large crowds at the buffets.

The payment process was so nice, with electronic bracelet. The food was delicious, since breakfast, lunch and dinner. Improvement can be the swimming pool temperature, can be little warmer.

Drinks are not included and a bit expensive but as of the rest it’s a great family place

Pelo tipo de hotel eu esperava mais pelo sabor de algumas comida. Mas o hotel é excelente em todos os aspectos.

It has a lot of activities for kids at different ages. The food is also excellent.

An excelent option to spend a weekend, holidays or small vacations.

Beautiful hotel with lots of activities and places to walk around. Great swimming pools. Staff very cordial in all areas.

Ótimo hotel, com diversas opções de lazer, tanto a piscina próxima do lobby quanto a piscina próximas das quadras eram excelentes, as refeições oferecidas foram muito boas com grande variedade de cardápio.

Some common areas in need of upgrade such as children’s pool, indoor kid’s play area and definitely the guest rooms (older carpeting) although very clean and spacious. Overall good stay with lots of activities, well organized, good food in quality and variety at the food court and nice property natural setting and layout. Good family fun and relatively better priced and less crowded than competitors in the area. Recommended for weekend or long weekend family getaways and I am sure it is popular for corporate events.

Was in town for a wedding. Recommended as a good place for us to stay. Great resort if you don’t want to leave the property and just relax. I’m not general fan of buffets- but the quality and variety of food was excellent. Room was large and quiet if a little dated. Would come back. Pool was lovely and we often had it to ourselves

Fabulous experience. It was so fantastic, we even booked an extra night at the end to enjoy a little bit more all the amenities, the great food, courteous staff. We would like to express in particular our appreciation for the excellent attention and support of the waiters and waitresses Aparecido, William, Luciene, and Patricia. To Paulo Afonso, who helped us with our luggage, and to Rosana, the chambermaid, who kept our room spotless.Congratulations again, fantastic hotel.

Uou pay for all incluse, but they charge tou lunch, because they want you to have it on the way out, after you did the chek out, so when you get there, dont eat lunch or they will charge you an expensive lunch.

We were expecting a weekend of running around with our daughter, no rest for mom and dad! Right after the check-in (which was busy but still pretty fast) we registered our 6yo daughter and took her to the Kids 2 group, the monitors were amazing, caring and dedicated to the kids in such a way I've never seen before, our daughter loved her time with the group, so much she cried while hugging one of the monitors when we were leaving on Sunday afternoon. The room was great, spacious and clean. The food was amazing, we got a few extra pounds on this trip for sure. There was also plenty of activities for adults, my wife and I had a great time. It was the prefect weekend, can't wait to go back!!!

Tudo foi ótimo, só acho que o necessita de um parque aquático. Piscina aquecida TB precisa modernizar. TB não recebi informação da que teve no teatro no sábado. De resto o hotel é excelente.

O hotel que deveria ter melhorado o padrão, caiu em qualidade. Piscinas precisando de manutenção, muito cloro, e muita gente. A nova area kids peca em pouca variedade de brinquedos e de novo, muito cloro

Fantástica! Gostei muito e espero voltar em breve. Estacionamento muito bem organizado, mensageiros rápidos, a bagagem chega muito rápida. Na recepção fui muito bem atendido, tanto por telefone quanto presencialmente. A comida estava maravilhosa, comemos muito bem. Os garçons eram muito simpáticos e prestativos. A infraestrutura excelente, nosso filho se divertiu muito nas áreas de criança. Um lugar muito bem preparado e próximo de São Paulo, para mim foi uma estadia perfeita, obrigado! Pena que acabou :(
