The parking feels secure and the breakfast was delicious.

Stayed here both last year and this summer. Very convenient location between airport and city centre. There is a bus stop right across the hotel but taxi is also very affordable. They have a nice buffet breakfast and rooms are very clean. Friendly staff as well.

Otel konumu itibariyle bizim için avantajlıydı, çünkü Mytilene limanına çok uzak bir mesafede olmamasına rağmen oldukça sakin bir konumdaydı. Denizin karşısındaydı, manzarası güzeldi ancak otel dolu olmamasına rağmen denizi yandan gören, daha çok çatıları gören bir oda verilmesi bizi rahatsız etti. Ayrıca odada duş askısı arızalı olduğu için duş başlığını çok rahat kullanamadık. Temizlik ve hijyen konusunda kesinlikle memnun kaldık. Kahvaltı açık büfeydi oldukça çeşitliydi kahvaltısını beğendik.

I LOVE the staff here. They are consistently friendly and helpful. The pool was being worked on and that was a bummer.

My second time at this hotel. Convenient location to the airport and great for parking.I have always requested a takeaway breakfast. Too many biscuits and cake given. On my last day I didn’t request breakfast but was told that I could get something if I liked so I went and checked. They do have more savoury items which I prefer so in future if I decide to stay at Heliotrope Hotel I will request certain foods. The room this time was a lot smaller and the shower thingo was broken and the pressure was very weak. The water also went quite hot then cold. Evi at reception is wonderful. She is definitely an asset to the hotel.

The staff was very responsive to all requests. The breakfast buffet is abundant and good.
