Overall are great but, just a small thing when check out as I left the luggage in the room and informed front desk staff that I already packed and if I could not come back to room by 2pm (as per late check out allowed) then please bring the luggage down to the storage but, there was no action on that and could not find luggage and after all found it at lost and found as no one pick it up but, housekeeping took it from room and keep at lost and found
