Staff hotel sangat ramah, krn setiap x ke Kuala Lumpur selalu nginap di st Giles Garden hotel, langsung dikasih early check in. Senang tinggal dihotel ini krn access langsung ke garden mall n mega mall. Juga dekat dgn LRT. Breakfast nya juga enak n variative. Pokoknya sukkaa deh tinggal dihotel ini

Resepsionis tak ramah saya cek in jam 1.30 kamar belum ready suruh balik jam 3 tunggu mau di lihat traveloka sudah bayar atau belum ini. Saya balik ke hotel jam 6 masih di carikan kamar lagi jadi saya menunggu lagi.

Great hotel for holiday or staycation, comfort and quiet with the view from the hotel was so nice.

Since covid when it was shut down, there were no changes made. The place looks neglected. Far from the days it was doing great. Not worth the price changed.
Kami sekeluarga senang tinggal di hotel ini, lolasi strategis, breakfastnya enak semua, kamar bersih dan rapi juga besar. Sudah langganan tinggal di sini setiap ke KL, hanya kali ini agak kecewa, air di bathtub keruh tidak jernih seperti biasanya. Semoga ke depannya ada perbaikkan. Terima kasih.
The accommodation looks exactly like the photo show. It is a big room, clean and comfortable to stay. It is a good location as it is walking distance to malls. We come and stay again next time.
Bagus meskipun bangunan lama tapi tetep bagus, enak di dalam mall jadi mau beli apa aja tinggal jalan, panggil grab juga cepat, sukses terus The Gardens

Basic room amenities such as small towels and tissues not replenished. Air con not cold enough. Do not disturb light not working. Front desk staff not friendly, not welcoming. No greetings from staff on floor nor lobby. More often than not, phone are not answered. Operators not friendly and did not appear eager to assist.
