El desayuno incluía productos frescos. Zumos de varias frutas y detox. Panes de varias clases, frutos secos, sección healthy... En general mucha variedad y producto de alta calidad.

Cafe da manha poderia ser bem melhor para um hotel 4 estrelas. Internet bastate ruim

Hotel maravilhoso, padrão 5 estrelas. Café da manhã bem completo. Equipe atenciosa. Ponto negativo: região com bastante trânsito na hora do rush da 7 as 10 da manhã e das 17 as 20 hrs. O trânsito da Santiago é caótico, falta engenharia de tráfego!

Buena estadía

Traveled with family (teenagers). The hotel was comfortable and staff were very responsive and friendly, (specially Yohans). Breakfast was good but not comparable to other high end resorts we have visited. Hotel location was central but not as walkable as other parts of the city (Bellavista etc). Rooms were comfortable but your expectations will decide the level of luxury. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Staff were the highlight.

Unfortunately, my stay at Pullman Santiago was a letdown. Started with a faulty key that took 3 attempts to work, followed by multiple requests for shampoo that went unanswered. The shower had a weird smell, and the iron situation was a joke - only usable in the bathroom with no space to actually iron clothes. Add to that the noisy AC and subpar food options, including room service, and it's clear the hotel needs a serious refresh. Not a place I'd recommend or return to.
