Very good propretie and services

Hotel is located in a very good/upscale neighborhood in Santiago with lots of very good restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful view of the Andes mountains on the golf court side. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were good, breakfast has lots of variety. Would recommend for business and family trip.

Great hotel with nice clean rooms in a very nice area of Santiago. Not too far from nice restaurants and the metro.

Location was wonderful, we had a couple of days without hot water and service was slow and the restaurant/bar. It was a great location and room.

Modern hotel. Nice and clean with accommodating staff. The location is good.

In general a very nice place to stay. The only two things that could be better is the air conditioner in the room we stayed in was very weak and we spent much of the night not being able to sleep because of the heat, and the pool was not well maintained and had cloudy water with leaves and bugs in it.

It was a great hotel with great location close to good restaurants and easy access to everything. Very friendly staff as well.

Excelente la estadía en el Hotel. El personal de recepción muy amable al igual que las mucamas que limpiaban el cuarto. No experimentamos el desayuno pero el restaurante tenía precio razonables.

Someone went through my medications and took the "prescription bottles out from my suitcase without my permission or knowing!" Otherwise, the staff was great!

I expected much more of a 5 star hotel. In my estimation it is closer to 3 stars however the staff were fantastic, facilities were very clean, in a safe area, great restaurant in the hotel and fantastic cafe next door. We had a very comfortable stay.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced, it’ s almost hard to believe that every staff member is absolutely rude. I also find very strange that the hotel confirmed they have no benefits for vip expedia travelers and that the information provided by expedia is not real. The hotel itself is a nice property but during our six nights stay , we did not get a nice or polite answer by any staff member to simple questions , specialy at the main desk. Chile is a wonderful country, Santiago is fascinating… this hotel is simply not a good option for visitors.

The Pullman Santiago is not up to the standard of a 5-star hotel and is more accurately a 4-star at best. The facilities are basic, and the service is subpar. We stayed one of our booked four nights in the presidential suite, which, despite being spacious, was disappointing. Towels were limited, there was no iron, and the shower gel dispenser fell off the wall in the small, basic shower. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel and would caution others to lower their expectations if booking here.
