The room is comfortable and clean but a little old. Breakfast is great and taste good. Location is good and Uber driver all know this 5 star hotel. The pool has music activity every day and till 10:00pm. So it is not suitable to have conference call in hotel and music is a little louder to do job in business. If you just go for fun, it's really a best choice hotel.

it is perhaps a great property for weddings and family events where noise and chaos are standard features of the day. I came to spend one night as my race venue was 15 minutes away, room had mosquitoes, water bottles were missing, AC did not work and yes the pillows were perfect for people who weigh a ton !

Good spacious room.

This room was a huge letdown. The cleanliness was below standard, the room smelled unpleasant, and several things were clearly broken or neglected. The photos are misleading and set expectations that are simply not met. Definitely not worth the money. I regret booking here. List of major issues. 1. Toilet seat broken 2. Kettle lid was broken / safety hazard 3. Water will not drain in shower 4. TV on wall was titled / crooked/ dust on all furniture 5. Stain on carpet, bedsheets 6. Room telephone cord was broken 7. Overly priced room food service 8. Non smoking room smelled like smoking room

What makes the hotel worth staying are the staff! Always ready to assist, make your stay comfortable, always cordial and friendly. Will stay here again. Rates are reasonable. Only issue I had was the worn out rug. Restaurant food is excellent! Staff is PRICELESS!

I would give zero stars if it was possible…. The hotel is an excuse to run a scam…. I was told at check in the breakfast is included with my stay…. They charged me for 2 days of breakfast and when I brought this to the front desk’s attention I was brushed off three different times…. Rs. 6k is nothing, it won’t make me any richer or poorer but the lack of ethics and professionalism at this property is mind numbing….. the whole lobby smelled like a sewer and the staff lacked any training at good customer service…. Absolutely terrible stay…. Won’t be returning and will encourage anybody not to book this sad excuse of a hotel.

Property is dated, might be ok for marriages but not for business. I would not be staying here again.

The hotel is due for a serious facelift; from dirty windows to the point I could not see outside (and when I could, that sight was not pretty at all), to dirty/torn carpets and patched walls and old room furniture that have seen far better days

Overall i had a good experience.

The first time I checked in, I got a real dirty and terrible room. I had to insist on another room and finally they upgraded my room which was okay. However, the staff and service in the breakfast area was mediocre and inconsistent.

Rooms are dated took me back to the 80 s mosquitoes in the room light switches that don’t work and are loose carpet seems like it hasn’t been washed since being fitted lime scale on the taps water leak marks in the room furniture was dated and chipped basically the hotel rooms all need to be modernised reception and restaurant very nice with good varieties of dishes

Was given an up when I arrived which was the only nice thing. As i booked in receptionist told me I had no breakfast i said I did. In the end I had a confirmation from hotels dot com that I did indeed have breakfast but the reception team were adamant that I didnt. Then the barman basically told me it was a serviced bar and to go next door. I had to have my room door looked at as it would not unlock. Aircon did not work and my room was freezing. All in all pretty crap. Staff in this place have a really poor attitude. I would not recommend a stay here.

Chambre agréable et propre. Cependant, les parties communes (couloirs, ascenseurs) étaient assez sales, le ménage est clairement à revoir. J'ai rencontré un problème avec la serrure de ma chambre, ce qui m'a obligé à faire plusieurs allers-retours à l'accueil alors que j'étais extrêmement fatigué. Un technicien est finalement intervenu pour tenter de la réparer, mais cela a pris plus d'une heure sans résultat. La serrure ne fonctionnant toujours pas, j'ai demandé à changer de chambre. Le personnel à l'accueil a été très compréhensif, mais une autre personne, venue constater le problème sur place, a été particulièrement désagréable, voire agressive. Je ne reviendrai jamais dans cet hôtel et ne le recommande absolument pas !!!

Our cleaner Bhole was brilliant, friendly, polite and always ensured we had everything we wanted, water, toilet rolls etc. Staff in the BrewHouse were friendly and meals were nice.
