Room was spacious. With balcony and seating chair. But unfortunately we had no hot water in the bathroom during 2nights if stay. Complain have been made to reception but still no action. Location is very good.

工作人员非常友好和乐于助人，房间干净宽敞，地理位置优越，餐厅舒适，早餐简单但美味，酒店在节日期间提供免费的水灯节，下次入住一定会再来。

The room is big. Clean and comfortable. But the water heater for shower is not stable. I have to adjust many times to get the temperature that I want. The location is strategic. Just a walking distance to the beach and many stores. The staff is very friendly. One staff offered to help us call the jungle trekking agent when she saw us waiting for too long. Thank you for that. And, the hotel is beautiful. That's all, thank you.

The hotel was nice and clean. Just the staffs are very not friendly. only being nice with men not women. and there're not helpful. Overall will not stay here again even though the hotel itself was good

overall is good except the heater. reported and fixed several rounds by technician but hot water still inconsistent

Stayed here for a week early July. Excellent hotel. I left my passport in the safe and hotel were great at communicating and looked after it for me while I continued travelling. On returning I was more than happy to book for 7 days, after this I booked in for an additional 3 nights. The staff and hotel catered for any needs and location is perfect for exploring Ao Nang. this is a great location and the hotel beds are super comfortable and can walk to beach in a few minutes, lacks pool but can go to hotel very close by for that if you desire very reasonable rates.

Easy check in, comfy bedroom, friendly staffs, good breakfast (they served some non-halal foods, but informed muslim customers beforehand & even say sorry for several times). Had to leave as early as 5.30am in the morning but managed to grab some croissants/breads/juice for breakfast.

The location is very nearby to the main street and 5 mins walked to the beach. We love the interior of the hotel. The hotel is beautiful with Morrocon design and the room is big enough for a family vacation. The only disadvantage is the non halal breakfast. It will be a great value added to the hotel in order to attract more muslim traveller to stay here .

Lovely & spacious hotel with good location.

Had a pleasant stay at The Verandah. The staff is very helpful. The swimming pool is huge and nice. The location is strategic and most place is accessible by walking distance. Tuk tuk, taxi and minivan is everywhere. Will definitely recommend for everyone.

Room super clean & comfy. Big room & cute Swan for us. Nearby to tje beach & mosque. Easy to take tuk tuk & close to 7e. Family mart. Restaurant, & travel agent. As well money changer & pharmacy.. Just no halal food provided for muslim customer. Lucky we didn't book for breakfast..
