We liked this hotel for its cleanliness, for its very nice and helpfull staff. We would like to go to this hotel again.

Location and comfort

Excellent rooms

This hotel is very convenient to the train station. It also has a beautiful pool and bar area in the courtyard. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Grand Plaza for 3 days with my 3-year-old and had an excellent experience. The breakfast was delicious, room service was prompt, the spa was relaxing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was top-notch — would definitely stay again!

Decent hotel but loud/noisy. Staff ok, spoke to them a few times but not overly helpful with anything

Good place to stay and quiet enough

The Grand Plaza proved to be an excellent choice, wonderful breakfast and excellent staff and service! We booked two excursions upon arrival. Thank you Grand Plaza for a wonderful visit to Morocco!

Nice hotel close to the train station, walking distance into Gueliz, although not much going on around the hotel. Preferred staying in the Medina

Good breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed with high quality linens. Room was quiet. Wi was OK for Zoom, not sufficient for VPN.

The staff are great BUT I need tbh a 3 star hotel at the most. The corridors really need updating a little depressing. Why is the coffee sachets in room never replenished or infact water, it’s just water!! No u need to pay. Breakfast area, outside they make eggs, mine undercooked so obviously did not even touch. Please upgrade you cutlery, why plastic spoons and why bent cheap folks, really this is not class. Quality of food really needs to be a little bit more thoughtful. Checking check out great. Safe never worked even when I reported, guy never arrived to fix. Room not cleaned daily. Good location. Average

Grand Plaza gave me a lovely big quiet room overlooking the pool with sunny balcony both am. and pm. room 526. Spacious and well appointed with excellent power shower you could sit under. Only niggles were that the pillows were extremely bulky and laundry cost me nearly £40!!

Very nice Gaff, just across the road from the Opera house, Train Station and Bus Station, what’s not to like, if ya good on ya feet The Medina is only 30 minutes walking and you go through some good shopping on Route, and it has a Banging Breakfast, what’s not to like, stayed a few times.

Was nice but there was construction while we were there and was annoying

They have a lot of hidden costs which are not mentioned they don’t offer complimentary water The breakfast is literally the same everyday

A large and comfortable double room, good breakfast options, room service was prompt. Easily found hotel due to size and proximity to city’s main train station.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel… 2 at best. Towels had Opera hotel markings… Grand Plaza bought the opera hotel and did least amount of enhancements. Old rooms, musty corridors, noisy and big lineups for breakfast.
