The host is very nice and friendly.They help me to print the ticket of airplane. Lwt me feel adorable. The room is a little dark but comfortable. The location is a little far to central area, but it's ok!!

The staff gave us a very warm welcome and always nice to us during our stay. Only need to take 1min to get to the hotel from the nearest metro exit.

Hôtel plutôt calme, nous avons bien dormi. L'isolation phonique est moyenne. Nous avions une douche, un lavabo et des toilettes dans la chambre. La chambre n'est pas très accueillante ni moderne (la porte d'entrée s'ouvre directement sur les toilettes, les murs sont tachés ou abimés). Bonne localisation à 1 minute du métro 13, un McDonald's juste en face, une boulangerie et un Monoprix à 2 minutes. C'est une adresse d'appoint pour passer une nuit proche du Stade de France. Ne pas s'attendre à un grand confort.

Hôtel bien situé, métro 13 en face, bar restauration, accueil sympathique. Chambre sans climatisation mais ventilateur. Rideau et wc cassés. Propreté sdb moyen. Prix correct pour 1 nuit

Accueil vraiment chaleureux. Chambre propre et pratique, calme, côté parc. Salle de bain un peu petite mais suffisante. Petit déjeuner complet. Station de métro juste à côté, c'est très pratique.

Très bon accueil. Confort moyen (literie ayant vécu) Ménage moyen. Pas de climatisation.

O hotel não tem organização. Não tem ar condicionado e nem ventilador. As roupas de cama e banho não estavam com aspecto de limpas. Os quartos cheiram cigarro, as pessoas estavam fumando no corredor. Não recomendo de forma alguma. Chegamos depois do horário do checkin e tivemos que aguardar pois não haviam quartos limpos. Péssima experiência!

Une odeur désagréable dans les draps, et un objet appartenant visiblement à l’occupant précédent (angle au sol) n’avait pas été retiré. Cela laisse penser que le ménage n’a pas été fait avec soin.

On entend les discussions des gens des autres chambres.

Room were not that clean, great neibourghood. If you dont mind dirty bedsheats, a good pick!

Friendly welcome on check in but that was the one and only time i saw any staff, i was provided with a contact number in case of emergency and the asked me to take a foto of the access codes as they changed each day ( felt very safe) although i did manage to lock my fone in my room and had to wait for another guest to let me in the front door so i would suggest also keeping the paper info in a safe place on ypur person. Great little area of paris metro across road next to a mc donalds but lots of little authentic bars/ cafes around with friendly locals and be bops pizza van was delicious and very reasonable and market on sunday morning (early)was a suprise

Unbedingt darauf achten, dass es KEINE eigene Toilette gibt. Die Toilette hatte kein Waschbecken, Dusche und Waschbecken sind im Zimmer, aber schimmelig. Morgens kam unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Für eine Nacht und den Preis war es ok.

Local com excelente localização e quarto amplo. Único inconveniente era não ter banheiro no quarto. Porém a limpeza era feita todos os dias e possui um bom café embaixo do hott.
